    Sleazy company. Three days past due and they send a tech your house carrying literal WRENCHES as a "courtesy" to collect payment. Basically coming to shake you down for a past due amount of $100 or less. They claimed to have called but I never received a call, voicemail or anything. Waste of everyone's time when they could have just called and I would have paid over the phone or online. Just really sleazy policy.

    INHUMANE!! Shut off my gas in middle of ******** State of Emergency due to cold weather!!! I paid bill of $$$420 and NW NATURAL woman said they would need the entire bill not just past due to restore service. So short $200 in middle of a state of emergency due to cold weather NW NATURAL cant be bothered to treat customers with basic decency. I explained I was told to pay $420 by technicians but she insisted I was told somethIng differentso weird, treated as if I was not capable of hearing.They are greedy and out for #1 which is money above humane, decent treatment of people.Freezing cold, no heat state of emergency in ********. Thanks NW NATURAL my family is freezing to death thanks to you.

    HORRIBLE communication! Not once, but multiple times they have started projects on our property and in front of our house without any form of communication that there would be disturbances & that there would be barriers to being able to use our own driveway. ZERO compensation offered for the issues, instead increased rates for poor service! The subcontractors they use are the worst. Nothing but empty promises from NW Natural and their subcontractors!

    I am moving from a house serviced by NW gas company to another house where this company also provides gas. On numerous occasions, I have attempted to complete this request online, but am told they can not complete this online and I have to call. When attempting to call on numerous occasions, I am told by a recorded message that there is over 140 minutes or longer wait each time. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS FOR A UTILITY ********************** AND WHO CAN REALLY WAIT FOR THIS LONG? WHILE ATTEMPTING TO WAIT, I HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED SEVERAL TIMES. PATHETIC COMPANY, BUT SADLY I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS...NOW I NEED TO TAKE A FULL DAY OFF FROM WORK TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN ********. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!WHAT I AM FORCED TO GIVE THEM A STAR RATING? HOW ABOUT A NEGATIVE 10?

    ******************************* at NW Natural gas laughed at my complaint about them dumping rock on my property when I called to complain. Now they are hounding me with unsolicited material asking for my business. Well *******. I don't think this is appropriate and you should be removed from your position. You are the worst customer service rep I've ever had to deal with as you just don't give up. I don't know what I did to you as I'm not a NW Natural customer nor do I owe NW ********************** any money. You laughed at me and told me to hire a contractor to ***** the damage when I told you the rock you dumped on my property was done without my permission. Now NW Natural is hounding me with unsolicited offers to buy your gas??? I will not stop telling people how horrible of a person you are and how UNPROFESSIONAL NW NATURAL GAS is until you stop hounding me and take some responsibility for your unwanted dumping of your unwanted debris on my property. NW NATURAL GAS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DUMPS THEIR WASTE ILLEGALLY!!!
