I was pre-approved online for 60k through Chrysler capital in which I needed the dealership to get all of my info and give me a realistic amount for a down payment on a vehicle for 45k. Well they completely disregarded the pre-approval application# like it didn't exist or I didn't get my credit pulled already by there financial institution. There was literally no negotiation whatsoever. Due to the lack of information and the misinformation from the salesperson and finance person.i asked to be funded for a vehicle around *****k and I was pre-approved for 60k and I make 100k a year...this seems to be systemic racism at its finest. I received an email after leaving the dealership saying I requested to purchase a ****** dollar truck. That's ludicrous even if I could afford that I didn't want anything that expensive and I clearly stated that. If this was based off descresion this was still the most horrible experience I've had with dodge/Chrysler and I will still be a costumer of dodge/Chrysler but never luthia in fact probably not in the state of ****** at all. The original salesman that I emailed a build that I made for $45, 000 never got back to me about how much it may cost to even get that vehicle built for that amount of money so till this day I still won't know what it would cost for a down payment or to even figure out what the monthly will be on a vehicle that's in my price range because I was dealing with a dealership that was trying to market what I was saying way above my price range.Initial Complaint

On January 28th, 2022, my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was towed to Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland for replacement/repair of a wiring harness as well as repair of seat belts which had been chewed by rodents. My insurance company (Amica) agreed to pay the repair costs and Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland was given the go-ahead to complete the work. However, my Jeep still sits in their service lot with no repairs having been made. I have called regularly, trying to get information and have yet to receive a return phone call. It is now March 17th and I have no word on when the repairs to my Jeep will be completed. I believe, because I am a woman, I am being discriminated against.Initial Complaint
