I could not choose no stars or I would have. I purchased a certified used 2019 mini clubman with some factory warranty still remaining. I was told that my iphone worked with the car, but as it turns out that was a deceptive characterization. Who knew that "works with your iphone" did not mean appleplay? Not me. I went back the very next morning and was told "we will take care of you" and "we will make this right". What followed was "we will call you" and "we will take care of you, don't worry!" They didn't get back to me and they stalled addressing anything for almost a week, at which point I called to talk to the sales manager. By this point I was told the loan had funded and I owned the car - nice stall tactic. To "help me out" though they were willing to sell me a more expensive car with the iphone feature the sales guy sold me in the other car. They went about trying to get me financed for a car they essentially selected that was over $10K more, a car I had never seen or driven. When I told them I was uncomfortable that seemed to irritate them. They eventually told me if I pay them over $2000 they will take the car back. This was not appealing to me, but I did try to understand why that is even a reasonable ask, at which time I looked closely at my purchase paperwork. This is when I discovered they charged me $1500 for some type of optional "services" (on the paperwork there was no box checked and at the bottom of the page there was no total indicating those figures should have been included) that I never was told about. I did miss these same fees later on the sales summary (that is on me). I would not have missed them however if the dealership was not ******* through the signing process. I despise this dealership and really really wish I had checked the BBB before going there. I will sell this car as soon as possible and be rid of the experience and the car. This place *****, all the way from sales, to finance, to the sales manager.
