    Order car seats covers, wrong cover sent, ask for a return label for a refund. They would not send a return label. Sent covers back on our own to PRO CAR SEAT COVERS. They sent the cover back from **** We would like a refund to our charge card.

    I purchased car seats from this company on March 17, 2024. I paid $276 for them. They stated they would be custom-made to the make, model, and year of my vehicle. I took that information off the purchase sticker of my vehicle. They claim use 3D modeling technology to create millimeter precise fit. The refund policy lasts only 60 days. They would send you a return address label so you would be refunded free of charge. Promotional or final sales cannot be refunded or returned unless manufacturer defect. I included pictures with my emails to them. I have sent numerous emails to them. On March 30th, they offered me a 20% refund which I refused due to the car seat covers do not fit. Their response to me on March 31st was a 50% refund. I told them no, they do not fit and I cannot do anything with them. I sent that email on April 1st with my phone number to contact me. I have not received any response as of yet. I have since sent emails on April 6th, April 10th, and April 11th with no response. There is no phone number to contact them. My order number was CBS 1010-3903R. the seat covers were delivered to me on March 29, 2024. I hope you can help with resolving this issue as I cannot contact this company in any way but email. I will include the pictures with my complaint. thank you

    I ordered a set of floor mats for my new truck. When they arrived I discovered they will not work in my truck as they catch on the gas pedal rendering them very unsafe. I requested a refund no less than 8 times per the website. I am seeking a refund and a place to ship their defective product back and warning to ALL other buyers these people are a fraudulent business. Below is the refund process. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a reverse charge. I have the full email exchange and can share but here is the refund Process from the company.I am requesting a refund of $229.00 and an rma shipping label to return the product. Refund Process If you are not satisfied with the product or the product has a manufacturer defect, please email us.     I purchased carmats that are advertised to made specifically to fit each car model. I received the mats and they don't fit. I contacted the company to return them for a refund and they refuse to do so and the best they will do is to give me a 50% discount.

    I am rejecting this response because: I disagree. They do not fit very well nor do they stay in place. I have issues catching my foot on the mat getting in and out on the passenger side and the gas pedal gets caught on themat on the driver's side. They are not only not as advertised but also unsafe. I want a full refund not 50%. I do not want to keep them. I will not use them because of the poor fit and safety issues.
