  I purchased some blankets to cover a sectional sofa, they were smaller than a bath towel and they wouldn't cover a child. It was ridiculous how small they are. It is almost laughable. They ripped me off for 150 USD. I have sent several emails and they are yet to respond. ***** Beware

  I purchased a tank top for my husband, realized that it's too big, reached out to them immediately and no help to exchanged it for a smaller size. The thank top cost $34.70, they will have to do something and I will never purchase anything from them again and don't recommend them to anyone either

  I would give a 0 if I could. The order took 4 weeks to deliver. I ordered a steering wheel cover and when I got it it looked like lingerie and was way too small for a steering wheel. Emailed twice and never got a response. Complete scam in my opinion. Will never order from there again. Also the reviews on the website dont even match the item. And it doesnt allow me to leave a review on their website.

  They sell cheaply made items and take forever to send them to you. Since they are made-to-order they dont offer any returns or refunds. Just an overall scan in my opinion. Dont waste your money.

  They started out very helpful and responded to emails. when a mistake was made they did not offer to fix it. When I requested a refund and return information they quit responding all together. My advice did purchase from them, poor customer service.

  Horrible customer service. They sent a poorly printed design, with the seams not aligned. I reached out to customer service and sent a picture, and they emailed back apologies and that they would fix it. Nothing ever happened and now they are ignoring me. I cannot return, nor can I get a refund. Im incredibly upset.

  This company is terrible! They are advertised out of ******. No where does it state the shoes are made to order out of *****! **************** is terrible! I wouldnt order from this company if you are looking for shoes in a timely manner. They should have been here long before they said they would be!

  I received my boots from Gearfrost within the quoted time frame. The colors and pattern are vibrant, bright and not likely to wear off. However, i did not get what I expected. They list several boot style options; Mens, Womens, Leather, Ankle, Faux Fur, Classic and Winter weather. In the pictures on the website you can see differences in all the boot styles. But Look more closely. On some styles the only difference is how the photo was set up and the boot size. Mens, Womens, Leather and Faux fur are all THE EXACT SAME BOOT. The Womens style boot is NOT narrower or higher in the heal. The Faux fir is 1 of fir attached at the top of this boot style. They also all must come in European Mens sizing. The Womens boots i ordered are 1/2 longer than 2 pairs of the sane size womens clogs i own. They are 1/4 wider than my steel toe work boots. In the image on the website the womens boots look smaller, more slender and more feminine than the images for the Leather or Mens styles. What i received are straight up combat boots made pretty. Had I known this, I would have ordered the ankle boot style which look like they may actually be womens boots. I love everything about the boots except that they fit me like clown shoes and It looks like I am wearing combat boots not womens boots. I have wasted over $100 on beautiful boots that do not fit because Gear ***** INTENTIONALLY posted misleading images of the same style boot with the presentation that they carry several more styles of Boots than they actually do. If you like the Combat boot style you will be pleased. But do not order the European sizes larger if you are a woman your boots will be way too big. I wear a 37, ordered a 38 and received a size 40 in womens sizing -despite the 38 sticker in them. So although I received exactly what I ordered; i cant wear them or return them and I also no longer trust Gearfrost because of this intentional misrepresentation.

  These shoes are complete garbage. The soles of the shoe are not slip resistant so it feels like you are balancing on ice everywhere you go - very cheap foam. The fabric isn't connected to the sole of the shoe all the way around. The fabric also ends and starts in a few places rather than being whole throughout. Very dissatisfied with the product. I'm not even sure they do full refunds. Not worth the risk! order #*******

  Ive been using gearfrost Muay Thai gear for about a year now. Aside from the time it takes to get products which they lost on their website Ive been very satisfied with their products. The Thai shorts are great quality and gloves are a good bang for your buck. The traffic Ive sent over has also been very happy with their products. Just order with time. Dont order last minute
