Sadly, I would also have to say that please do not purchase with Light In The Box. I purchased three skirts - all of which were incredibly too small and didn't match the measurements. I did file a return - got the same 30% etc. but was able to finally have them say I can return - gave me an address and said to please use the cheapest way possible. I did this - $40. This was all November 2023. I just received the item in the mail today (August 9, 2024) and they have written "refused package" on the item. On top of that, I had to pay $11 for the return fee from my ************ I wasn't allowed to leave it. This is so incredibly sad that this company is scamming people for their money :( I followed all the rules, and still haven't gotten any refund. It's just really really sad that this company is operating this way.Light In The Box Response

I have filed a dispute with my bank over light in the box payment. I ordered a shirt and was charged $20.02 for the product plus shipping cost. The money was withdrawn from my account and I received an email confirming they received payment. I received another email from them stating they did not receive payment. I emailed back stating I had their email confirming receipt of payment. I emailed again and again got a message from them stating they had received payment. Today I received an email stating my order had been cancelled because they did not receive payment. If they are a legitimate company their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I will not do business with them anymore and I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.Light In The Box Response

I think some of their things are original and cute. But as soon as i saw the items supporting *****, I exited right out of their website. They could be the last company on earth, and I would never buy from them. I could never give my money to any company that supports ***********************. Especially when they have tee shirts about when he was shot. What a slap in the face to the family of the man that was killed, making money off that event is disgraceful. No, I do not want ***** hurt but more people talk about how God saved him. Well, what about that poor man who was shot and killed ?Light In The Box Response

So I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and 2 shirts, all which do not fit properly. No big deal, so I went on line and started the return process. This is where the company FAILS horribly. First they send an email offering a 30% discount instead of returning!! THEY DON'T FIT!! Why would I take a discount on something that can't be worn? Then they asked for pictures of the products issues? So you want me to model the clothes and take pictures?? I promptly replied that the issue was they DO NOT FIT. Then I get another email stating they wanted me to measure the items and compare that to what is listed on their website and send that back..WTF... At this point I am assuming they won't take the items back and that I am out $60! I will fight this with my credit card company next. STAY AWAY unless you KNOW there is no chance you will need to return the items as this seems impossible.Light In The Box Response

I ordered two dress shirts in XL. Both were small, not XL, despite being labeled as XL.Customer service was not helpful. I was refused a return label and the return charges to ***** were exorbitant. In short, Lightinthebox accepts orders, does not fill them accurately, refuses all reasonable attempts at problem resolution, keeps your money and sticks you with useless merchandise.They simply are not reputable.***Light In The Box Response

I ordered a medium sized dress based on their size chart. The dress they sent had a bust that measured 29" (which is the size of a training bra). Right now they are arguing about providing a refund. Worst customer service I ever encountered.Light In The Box Response
