I purchased a Hot Bodies Undertail Body for $142.38 on April 26th,2025 in which Motosport received payment for. A few days later after they received payment I got an email stating Motosport canceled my order and could not fulfill my order then credited my account. However I look on their website they have the same exact part I purchased now listed for $215.95. They changed the price after my purchase and decided not to honor the $142.38 price that was listed the day of purchaseBusiness Response

I purchased an *** upgraded OEM seat for a KTM dirtbike that was delivered on 4/4/25.Within an hour of use, the product ripped at an area not susceptible to damage from personal use. To me, it appears the area is lacking foam causing the seat pan to tear through the vinyl. I emailed Motosport and Motosport involved ***. *** said they would not warranty the seat as there are to many variables to determine the cause of the damage. The Motosport representative said this was per **** warranty policy. I have asked for a copy of the warranty policy and I have not been provided it. The product is advertised to have a resistant coating but this upgraded seat had a shorter lifespan than the standard OEM seat.Motosport has failed to respond to my last email sent on 4/15/25.Business Response

E:*************************************************************As a consumer, my standpoint is this product that Motosport sold me was defective. KTM and Motosport, on behalf of ***, There are to many variables, implies that there is a consideration that this product was indeed defective and that is simply being ignored.
Also this seat is marketed on the Motosport website as follows, KTM PowerParts Factory Seat.
Custom designed seat for an uncompromising look.
Resistant coating.
Seat cover with transversely stitched ribs.
Maximum grip with unrestricted freedom of movement.
Standard seat height.
Same seat height like the standard seat.A product marketed with a resistant coating and as an upgrade to the standard OEM offering should have lasted longer than 1 hr of usage.
Additionally, I filled a BBB complaint against *** and they failed to respond to the BBB. With this product not being warrantied, I have also filed complaints with the *** for how *** and Motosport have handled this matter.
Motosport failed to take any consideration that the product I purchased was/is defective and aligned with *** to not warranty the seat.

I made an order for some things I really needed for a race I had coming up. After which I browsed some more and found some parts that wouldve helped me but wasnt necessary however I still place the order since I hadnt spent much on my new quad. Well then I go on working on my quad and needed more parts so place two more orders and go on. I get stuff in the mail but its my last most orders so I call MotoSport. I was told some things was back ordered and some was delivered. Well after they investigated I was told that I was to have my things reshipped to me and I accepted. I was also told that some items that was back ordered was in stock now and should be shipped also. I go on and nothing comes so I call back in and was told nothing was told to me about that so I ask for a manager. The manager investigated and found my case to be true after seeing what the previous person told me and reviewing the shipment. She said she issued me reshipment of all my missing items and ship the back ordered which was now in stock. Well I received one part of the shipment but never got my very first order. I had placed a few other orders for parts that was necessary for me to keep racing since I spoke to the manager so once I didnt get the first half I call in and am told they never promised that and wont help me. They even told me I said I got those items when I never did. I sit and think about it and call back requesting to return what I ordered because I have no intentions on supporting a company as crooked as they are. They agreed to refund me for the second order I placed so I got labels and shipped it back. I got notification I should be refunded for it but havent received anything to my card. I just want my money back for my missing stuff as well as my returned items and Ill take my business elsewhere.Business Response

I took a look at both the orders you have listed. on 3/3 you talked with our **** then to a manager who went ahead and sent you replacement items for the missing shipment, You then called us back to state that more items were missing. Due to the dollar amount, we filed a claim with *****. ***** investigated both packages and stated they were delivered correctly which we advised you of and at that time informed you because of the result of the ***** claim, we cannot refund those items. I do see where you returned the replacement order that was sent, So i did go ahead and issue a refund for $737.12. I did tell the manager about these other items that wasnt received and was under the assumption it was coming with the other items. Purchased tires on March 19th and realized ****** populated the wrong address. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I emailed their customer email address directly asking how to g about it, or if canceling was best. Also sent a message throught the contact on the website. Next day I hadnt heard anything so I called in and explained the scenario. Was told that there was already a shipping label, and that ****** may not allow an update on the address, but that he would find oput and place me on a brief hold. Came back, said he could update the adddress, that canceling was not necessary. I said great. Waited 3 days and hadnt seen any updates or recieved any emails about it being shipped. Logged in to the company website ansd checked my order and found a tracking number. Of course, they werte shipped and delivered t the old address. I contacted them and they did nothingh. Was rude. telling me "I should have done this or that" when not one of those things was told to me when I called. Ultimately said verbatim "Yea, our hands are tied when its been delivered already." I get it, people want free stuff all the time, but to have that stance with someone who already was a proven customer with 3 previous big purchases over the last two years was such a bad look. Told me to try ****** since they were the ones who populated the incorrect address.Business Response

I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't satisfactory with us. A term and condition of using the ****** payment method is that we use the shipping address ****** has on file. Unfortunately we cannot change or edit this due to this being on the ****** side. We can look into cancelling the order in a short time frame or we can return the shipment to sender and reorder. Unfortunately you were past both timelines to be able to accommodate this when you contacted us. While i can definitely understand the frustration here, ****** should prompt you to check your addresses before checking out. I am rejecting this response because: That is not why I have filed and your are clearly neglecting the point. At this point I expect nothing from you. I understand your response, but how was that not communicated with me in the two emails I sent, or the phone call I made? At this point, I do not even expect you to accept any kind of fault in anything, as you have clearly stated, especially since you do not know the conversation I had with Issa, your employee. My communication was less than 24 hours frm time of purchase, so respond with that instead of trying to infer that I sat and waited on resolving issue. I communicated minutes after the purchase was made.But this is exactly why I am filing this complaint. So thanks for showing how you do business.

just getting into motorcycling and ordered a jacket on-line that was much much too small. They are refusing to pay to return this like new itemsthat their site incorrectly represented. This "buy at your own risk" is an old, dishonest practice.Business Response

Motosport ran a sale on their website I purchased around 2000$ of products (39 items) in three different orders, all products were in stock and reasonably cheap, days after ordering I contacted them, and they told me they are not fulfilling any of my order except one partial order. Only three tires when I ordered 5 matching tires and zero of the 34 wheels. I spoke with a manger (a female) by the name of ****, she told me they can not honor that sale price or sell me any wheels for that price. They displayed false advertisement, and deceit as a company for displaying these sale prices and not honoring them, the items can still be bought and are still manufactured. I would like these orders to be fulfilled at the price that I have invoices for. Or reimbursed for the amount that I will have to spend to buy these items at retail price anywhere else.Business Response

Your policy states it may have the right to reject sale but not change prices or do so after a sale is final, my sale was final and some of these products are still offered on your website for sale but not at the price I paid. Ordered a chain and sprocket set around 7/27/24 ( order# m20558834 $470.44). Everything arrived on time except the chain. There was no notification of it being on back order until I had received the chain in the mail. Figured it was a small mess up and gave them another try. Order a collar for the bike ( order# m20751782 $47.52) around 8/8/24. While I checked out the delivery date was scheduled for the next day (paid $32 USD for overnight shipping). The part never came, Gave them a call only to find out it will be about 2-3 weeks before I can get the part. Tire was 12 years old when they shipped it. It was shipped directly to the tire shop and installed. The date was not noticed as the shop has never experienced that in over 30 years of business. When I contacted the company they said they don't check dates when they ship them.
