    Reslos did not meet their website stated time criteria for responding to my purchase order. The ** was established 22 Mar 2023. They stopped responding to my emails in May 2023. Mid May the honored an email request to cancel said purchase. To date, they have refunded my money for the heated vest. **************** people are very polite but not operationally informed. Operations is very secretive and apparently dishonest.

    I ordered an extra large vest and received a small vest instead. The vest was labeled XL but would only fit an average **** year oId. I took pictures of the small vest on me and sent them to the Staulino scam outfit and requested a refund several times. A response from them was never received. A month later the battery pack showed up. Don't buy anything from them. In my opinion they are a scam outfit and should be shut down, fined, and thrown in jail. It is too bad that a State Consumer ************************* or a similar ************** doesn't go after this group and prosecute them/shut them down from ever doing business again. They don't rate one star.
