    After waiting 2 weeks past the "delivery date" the email response was "you ordered a print ready file, not a physical item. So nothing is being delivery to your address."The file looks like a child created it and it will cost me more to make something to hang on a wall than I've already spent to receive NOTHING BUT an emailed file.

    I ordered two items from Trending Customs and paid extra for front-of-the-line production. I also paid for express shipping, and my items were supposed to be delivered 2/7-2/10. Today is the 12th, and the tracking info they provided states the carrier has not even picked up the items. The company fails to provide any information about the items and says, "Rest assured it's being shipped." Still, days later, the tracking info states carriers do not have possession of the items. After looking online, I can see numerous complaints about the same issues. This company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down as soon as possible. They are prying on member of society looking to purchase personal gifts for loved ones. Today is the 12th at 2 pm, and there is still no status on my items that were supposed to be delivered days agoa complete scam.

    This business is an absolute scam. My order arrived several weeks late and absolutely incorrect. I have dozens of emails documenting the issues and they continue to ignore my request to speak to a manager or for a phone call. Not only is the design of the item incorrect but they only sent me half my order. Their only solution is to send another replacement of an already incorrect item, it's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Cheap low quality products and terrible customer service.

    i ordered a **** gift for my grandmother from this company BEFORE thanksgiving. the company sent a tracking number a few days later. That tracking showed package never moved. i got an email stating the carrier forgot to scan in my package but to rest assured its on its way. i contacted the company after ten or so days and they told me via email the package was lost by carrier. they included a new tracking number in that email and almost ten days later the package AGAIN has not moved. it says label created. **** awaiting item i sent another email very upset and they offered a 10% refund. this morning when the tracking STILL shows the same exact thing i emailed letting them know i want a full refund and will order a gift else where. I am awaiting their response but i dont have high hopes for any resolution unless i receive my refund in full. absolutely disgusting to take peoples money especially during holiday season. waiting a month almost for a package is unheard of. i will dispute with my bank if no refund or package is received by tomorrow.

    I ordered a ornament for my granddaughter's first Christmas on November 28th. I received a tracking number and 10 days later there was no movement on this.     Product was supposably shipped on 11/26 and my credit card was charged at that time. It says it arrived in ************* facility on 12/3/24 and was pending. So today 12/10/24 I called the post office to see what the status of the package was. They stated that the package was never actually scanned anywhere and these were all auto generated steps in the deliver. I just want my money refunded at this point .

    Ordered a custom tumbler May 30th for a fathers day gift. The original arrival date was supposed to be no later than June 18th. Contacted the company due to not receiving item and they only offered a 10% refund of my order or a replacement. I accepted the replacement, it was supposed to arrive by July 9th. I have yet to receive the item and the tracking details have not moved. I truly believe this is a scam because so many people have the same complaint.
