My son and I ordered pizza wings fries tipped and the pizza was not correct and ice cold there was a order of fries and wings missing and we called the girls aid she would give the reciept to the manager for a refund back to my card that evening . 2 days later I called and said it was still not done and she said no managers not here he's on vacation but we will refund you when he's back. I filed complaint on line also I did a on line chat no one has reached out and taken care of this . Date of order was 03/26/2025 @ 6.04 pm . Placed pick up order online and once arriving at location was told they where out of ********* and she asked if I wanted something else I said no just credit my card back. She stated she would that night at closing. Three days go by and nothing so called store and manager was aware of issue and said she would credit back right away a week goes by and nothing and can't get manger to answer calls. So call customer service numerous times and still have yet had anybody from customer service return my call or even answer emails. So I'm filing this complaint on pizza and ***** Nebraska purchase three personal pans with fries all basically the worst pizzas I've ever had I purchased two couple months ago and they were fine but these last three were absolutely horrible too much sauce too much toppings not enough cheese in the crust uneven called to file a complaint with the store and ask him would you like cold fries and he's like no and then I said well that's why I found the complaint and then he hangs up on me can't even get a hold of Pizza Hut corporate office by calling they want to go online which says error every single time I try to do it 612-2023 is the date at 7:00 p.m. My daughter went and picked up the two personal pan pizzas in it was ridiculous it was so uneven too much sauce is just like they don't even know how to make pizza I am out $7.99 three times now because I've gotten terrible pizzas from this place and they don't even care when I asked to file a complaint they just hang up on you so I'm want conversation for the three times that I've wasted my money in this place and got cold fries and already told them about it today was the first time that I was going to let them know about the pizza quality why there's not being done right anymore to get hung up on and it's the manager that was working today which is Sunday 3 days after I tried the additional complaint through ************************ and wouldn't let me so that's why I tried again today and now I'm filing it with the better business girl to let people know that the ***** Pizza Hut manager is an idiot and basically **** me off and I called the company in ********** and they're going to hopefully get down to the bottom of it but I'm done dealing with Pizza Hut I'm not going backInitial Complaint

Tried redeeming a free pizza as bought one before and was advertised. Got the email to redeem it 3 days ago. Clicked on the email to Redeem and just opens the app. Cannot find where to redeem it. Asked the store worker in the Pizza Hut and has no idea.From what I can tell and since it was even stated on TV commercials that have 14 days to redeem it from when ordered it, its a trick and there really is no free pizza! Even signed up and just became a member so could do this. For how much was charged also could have bought 2 at Papa Murphys or gotten it much cheaper elsewhere! I called prior to ordering to see if i could swop a large apecialty pizza for melts using my rewatds h we said No problem just note it in order so i did placed my order it was not what i ordered was even wrong ingrediants so i called right away and got s rude snotty person named ***** who was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL i told her my complaint and she hung up on me the melts are $16 for2 orders and special pizza is $24 the melts are not on point menu thats why i called i also ordered tomatos on side and they were not included I was charged $24.00 and want a Refund of intire charge or refund my 350 rewards pointsInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 3/13 in the amount of $39.77 on the Pizza Hut app. Because the store was short on drivers they passed my order on to a third party delivery service, door dash. 25 minutes after I received notification that my order was picked up by ******** she told me she could not find my home. After looking into it I found the app auto populated my address and I explained to her that I was actually 4 miles away. The dasher who then got annoyed told me that since it wasnt her fault she was going to deliver her other orders first and it would be another 25 minutes. I told her that would put her in possession of my order for almost an hour and Im not going to accept cold food as pizza hut has a 30 minute delivery policy and it was not my fault the app changed my address. I also was not comfortable with her driving around with my food especially since I did not order through DoorDash. I told her to take the order back to the store and I would call for a refund. I called the customer service line and explained the situation. They assured me that I would receive a refund within 2-5 business days. When that didnt happen I tried to reach the store manager without success, I tried reaching a supervisor on the customer service line and was disconnected, I sent an email which they responded it would be forwarded to the store and I still have yet to hear back or receive a refund. Since the reps at Pizza Hut have no interest in simply returning my money as promised I am forced to file with the BBB.Initial Complaint

Transaction date 12/27 Spent around 25-30$ I found an unidentified object in my food and nearly choked. It was a small round and hard object I had to expel and spit out and I have no idea what it is but its not food, thats for sure. I reported this to an employee and they were very rude in response and claimed to notify a manager but there wasnt one on duty and Ive yet to hear back. This is infuriating as this could have been much much worse and Im happy Im actually okay but this store is showing no remorse and will not contact me for resolution.Initial Complaint

On September 30th i placed an order at Pizza Hut in ************* ******, for two large pizzas and breadsticks. Went to have some of the leftover pizza on October 2nd and found a piece of metal in my pizza. Called pizza hut and the manager,***** did not understand what happened and kept saying he was confused. Went down to the store and an employee,****, thought the whole thing was funny and the manager refused to come out and speak with us. We got a refund for the order but the way they handle their business and actual concerns for safety as I could have chocked or worse. On 4/28/23 I had enough points (300) to order a free large 2 topping pizza. I built the order on line using the ************************************ out and didn't release the points back to my account. I then had to recreate the order that same night and pay full price. I had thought the points would go back on my account in a day or two. No points were ever added back to my account. I reached out to their customer service **** by email SEVERAL times (5/6, 5/7, 5/8, 5/9, 7/12/23), even asking for a manager or supervisor to call me. They just kept sending back the same template response, my points are correct. If they look at my account, they will see on the same date, 4/28/23, 300 points were used but the pizza was paid for, not points were applied. There should be over 700 points available for me. My real frustration is the lack quality control on customer service, no manager or supervisor seeing all my emails or just not contacting me. My issue is with customer service at the call center, not with the location where we receive our pizza, they are excellent there!
