      The issue involves rent we paid for our daughter's rent. The property management company changed in October of 2023 and their website accepted rent payment for November 2023. ********** Premier did not forward the payment to the new property management company, and we found out about the issue when our daughter received an eviction notice in November. The new property management company would not assist us in the resolving the issue, so we subsequently had to pay November's rent again. We have made numerous attempts via phone and email to get the money refunded. The principal of the property management company ************************* at one point 6 weeks ago stated that there was a cashiers check for the full amount in the mail. We have yet to see anything from ************** and she has since ceased responding to our requests for action or updates. We are in the process of locating the two principals in the company in order to file in small claims court. It is our hope we can get this resolved outside of the ************, however we have thus far not been encouraged by the organization's response.

      Good afternoon,

      I am writing to inform you that we have received a cashier's check for the amount indicated in the attached document.   IT appears that the check though dated January 2, **** was not mailed until February 14th and was received today (see attached images).

      For the purposes of this complaint, we can consider the dispute resolved.
