I don't usually like giving 5 star reviews on a first time experience, but this one was pretty good. In our case, the rental ad was exactly as described. Vacasa does a good job of tending to some niceties. For example, our rental included linens. Usually, this means we see a bag full of linens when we arrive. In this case, the cleaning staff made the beds and stacked the towels in each room. It was so nice to arrive and not have to deal with making beds, and such. We just got our basics inside and went to the beach.I think the best thing I can say is that we went a week in the rental and didn't have a single question or issue. So far, I'm a fan.Review from emma a

Cancelled our trip that we booked in March two weeks before we were supposed to go. Offered us a house two hours from where we were supposed to stay. Incredibly long wait times on hold to resolve. They would only compensate us the rental fee which doesn't even begin to cover the costs of cancelling a summer vacation.Review from Edward W

All went well for us. When I called in to ask questions before we arrived, the Vacasa staff was helpful, and prompt with their answers. The house where we stayed was clean and just as described. I even looked for the items noted on previous review and found that Vacasa had fixed every one of them. We will certainly use Vacasa again in the future.Review from Sandra Louise B

Tranquilty at the Lake was our experience at ****************. We booked Marvel at *******. While the condo needs a few improvements, we were comfortable and cooked meals in our kitchen and grill. We got rest, enjoyed nature, and went to a few nearby restaurants.Review from Linda D

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR OR WAS ABLE TO USE FACILITIES PROMISED TO US ON OUR VACATION THAT I PAID FOR. NO ACTION TAKEN WHEN COMPLAINED ABOUT MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH PROPERTY. DIRTY TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS LEFT OUT. NO EXTRA LINENS. COULD NOT GET HELP OR SUPPLIES FROM BUILDING WHERE WE STAYED SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME WITH ANYTHING...EVEN TURNED OFF AIR CONDITIONER 30 MINITES BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK OUT WHEN WAS ONLINE ONLY..NO HELP FROM ANYONE YOUR JUST LEFT HANGING..TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM VACASA.Review from Ruth S

Had a excellent stay at the ****************. A true lake cottage feel inside with bright and well done interior design. The lawn wasn't mowed or weedeated, however that was corrected within the next two days. I will return again to this place since I had such a nice time at the cottage.rob
