      My partner, ***************************, and I own a home on which Imagine Energy ("Imagine") installed solar panels, inverter, and all accompanying components in 2015. We began having issues with our inverter in 2021 that Imagine has been unable to resolve. After many contact attempts, Imagine sent a technician in May 2023. He stated our inverter needs to be replaced and that he would send a quote to replace the inverter. We were never able to get our quote or further assistance on the inverter. Due to this, we contacted another company to see if they could replace our inverter. Upon inspection, the other company informed us that our inverter was under warranty (which Imagine never mentioned). The new company submit our information to the ***************** *******, who responded saying the warranty was void due to incorrect installation by Imagine. The new company stated that we should reach out to Imagine to have the replacement covered by Imagine's installation insurance to cover this type of situations. We notified Imagine in September of 2023 that they installed our inverter incorrectly, resulting in a voided warranty and that we would like them to replace the inverter. Contact was finally successful with Imagine in January of 2024 and they requested photos. They stated they would replace the inverter and they are sourcing parts. Since January, there has been no progress on resolving our solar array which has not functioned correctly since 2021. We have reached out to Imagine countless times via phone and email and are still unable to get assistance in resolving our non-functioning inverter. Our inverter appears to be for sale and available from numerous retailers online yet Imagine has been "sourcing" parts for 4 months. We've been requesting updates and have not had successful contact since 4/3/24, over a month ago. We are frustrated and highly concerned about incorrect installation, not being made aware of warranty, and lack of response/follow through on resolution.
