    They did not honor the warranty. It was a manufactured transmission that was put in and they did a rebuild instead of replacement. They charged $1,000 for parts and told me that I was getting a good deal because they were not charging me for labor. They put a dent in the car which makes it now difficult to open one of the doors. They did not report it to me that that happened and I have no way of proving that they did it. They kept the car for several months and I let the insurance expire so the repair will be out of pocket.

    Horrible customer service. They were going to never call me to tell me my vehicle was done with its service and close up shop with my keys. ****** has the worst communication skills to be in the position he is in.
