Ordered school uniforms on May 8 2024 and never received them. Still waiting for them at the end of August even though school has started. Have reached out multiple times for information and their only reply has been that items are on back order and there is no known shipping date. On May 8, 2024, my student's relative and I placed an order with Dennis Uniform *** for the following items: (5) stitched-down pleat skirts, (1) Girls Gabardine Blazer, and (4) Feminine Fit Short Sleeve Jersey Polos. This order was fully paid at the time of purchase to meet the school's mandatory uniform requirements, which can only be fulfilled through Dennis Uniform *** as required, as no other clothing meets the school dress code standards.Despite placing my order well in advance, as I have done consistently in previous years, I have experienced significant delays in receiving the items. The polos arrived weeks after the order was placed, the skirts were not delivered until July, and I am still waiting for the blazer, even though the school year has already begun. These delays have prevented my child from meeting the uniform requirements, causing considerable inconvenience.I am frustrated that I have to pay in full upfront for clothing that arrives late, reducing the time my child can use the uniforms during the school year. Given the high cost of these items and their necessity for complying with the dress code, I have been forced to seek temporary solutions, such as borrowing jackets that are ill-fitting, which has been both time-consuming and frustrating.This issue is not new; it has occurred repeatedly year after year. Dennis Uniform *** should not charge customers until the order has been fully fulfilled and shipped. The persistent product shortages and delivery delays are unacceptable, and I believe that the cost of the items should be adjusted to reflect the length of the delay.I strongly urge Dennis Uniform *** to address these recurring supply issues and improve its fulfillment process. Customers should not be misled by items advertised as available, only to face significant delays after placing an order. I have also forwarded the concern to my warehouse team as I do not see an expected by date input into the system and I am hopeful that it means the vendor is providing us with updated information on this delivery.

Order # *********** Originally ordered several items June 21, 2024. Slowly started to receive my items but a dress which I received 8/19/24 and no longer needed and had to return in store for other items. There was still one item left a, polo size 5/6 which I was told several different status updates throughout the two month period. Called into customer service on 8/19/24 spoke with ****** around noon. Asked the order for polo be canceled since I was able to go into the local store and get it. Also asked if I could receive store credit for the polo since the card used to make the purchase originally I no longer had access too. ****** stated she would note account and that I would receive email about the gift card. 4 hours pass and no email so I call back in and get her after many holds she asks if I received email.. I check email and its saying they refunded the debit card that I specifically stated I no longer had access to. She place me on more holds and stated she would just note account because no one was responding to her. I asked for a supervisor and was told she had no way to transfer me to someone. All I wanted was store credit.. thats it. Now money is wasted because they refunded a card I cant use and I dont have product.Business response

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I am sorry to hear that the agent did not refund to a gift card as requested. In reviewing your order I do show that the refund was successfully processed back to the Mastercard originally used. While you may no longer have this card, the card servicer accepted the returned funds and credited them to the original account. If the card was replaced but the account was not closed then the funds will auto migrate to the new card.
If the entire account was permanently closed with no new card issued then the acceptance of the funds by the servicer indicates that they have agreed to provide you the funds in an alternative method, usually through a mail check. This is a process set up by the **** to ensure that money owed is properly returned even when an account has been closed or changed.
The Acquirer Reference Number (ARN): *********************** can be provided to the card servicer to locate the refund transaction in their system. I know this is not the resolution you were expecting however the funds have been accepted and we cannot reverse a refund once submitted unless the card servicer denies the funds. You will need to speak to the bank for additional assistance.Thank you

On 5/4/2024 @ 4:42PM I ordered (4) shirts for my son school year which would start in August 2024. I received (2) Black shirts but I have not received (2) Royal Blue. Per my order the shirts would be shipped 2-3 weeks after purchase once I did not receive customer service advised they should come early to mid July. Today is 8/19/24 and I still do not have my (2) Shirts and school has started. I have emailed customer service many times with a generic response they are really busy fulfilling orders but no ETA when my shirts will arrive. I dont understand I ordered in PLENTY of time to make the August new school year. I need status when my shirts are due to arrive or refund me my money back. Order # ***********. In reviewing your order I show that the Royal blue polos where delivered May 16th via **** tracking number **********************. The Black polos were delivered July 26th via **** tracking number **********************. As you are reporting the package as not received
We encourage you to fill out the missing mail form available at ******************************************, this will prompt **** to look into the *** tag recorded at the time of delivery scan by the local mail carrier to assist in locating the package.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted **************** 3 different request numbers and many times in between. Each time they confirmed they are working on getting my items shipped. Request #******,39**52. The website and my account showed partially fulfilled only the 2 black shirts were filled . , Final was req# ****** that miraculously revealed the 2 royal blue shirts were delivered on 5/16/**. I filled out the **** form MRC# ** 1889 9971. the bottom line i paid for 2 shirts I have not received these are required uniforms. I must get my 2 shirts.

I placed my first order with Dennis Uniform on 6/1/24 for ******, and a second order on 6/6/24 for ****** for clothes for my son for his new school. Despite emailing customer service multiple times, I have been unable to obtain a shipping date for any of the shirts or jackets ordered. We were also missing the pants, shorts, and socks from my second order until I emailed to inquire and then suddenly those were shipped. One of the emails I sent was responded to by a Dennis employee with simply a we know when the start date is for all of the schools. Apparently they dont, because my children start school in three days and do not have clothes to wear. We also placed a $300 order for clothes for my daughter who is transferring schools at the last minute, and I have no hope that we will see any of her clothes this fall based on our current experience. As Dennis is the only company we are allowed to use we feel held hostage by this company and their lack of transparency and outright lies regarding when their products will be delivered.Business response

We apologize for the delayed shipment as we are experiencing extended fulfillment timelines on some orders during our back-to-school season. Our entire company is working hard to get orders to parents as quickly as possible, and we are also maintaining an open channel of communication with school administrators.
Your recent order placed on August 13 were for pre-order items that listed a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Those items are expected to ship within that lead time. The feminine fit polos on order *********** are pending arrival from the manufacturer, once received they will have the school logo applied and be shipped. The Dresses on this same order are in the Production queue to have the logo added and are expected to be completed by the end of the month.
All remaining items on orders *********** and ***********, the unisex polos and the sweatshirt are also in the production queue and are expected to be completed by the end of August. In light of the extended delay on your orders from June, we have refunded the shipping fee on those 2 orders.
We know how important it is to have uniforms ready for the start of the school year, and we appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill your order. Hello,
We understand your frustration with the lack of a specific delivery date for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we strive to provide accurate production estimates, delivery estimates are more difficult as unforeseen circumstances can impact **** delivery timelines. Those delivery estimates are not generated by **** until they scan the package upon pickup.
In our previous response we provided production estimates of the end of August for most items on your order. The last unshipped item on your June 1st order was delivered on August 26th. The polos on your June 6th order also show as delivered, the light blue were delivered August 23rd and the white completed production at the end of August and delivered as of 9/5, shipment was delayed due to the Labor Day Holiday and **** closure. There was a minor delay in the production for the sweatshirt but that is back on track with expected completion mid September. Your August pre-order is still in line with the 5 week production estimate of Mid September with shipment to follow shortly after production completion.

The 2 Navy polo dresses from order *********** were delivered on September 14th via **** tracking number 9434636109687929368281
The Navy crewneck sweatshirt from order *********** was delivered September 11th via **** tracking number 9400136109687899174293
The 2 remaining unshipped Light blue polos, which were pre-ordered items are in production. As soon as they are completed they will ship and an email with tracking information will be sent. We cannot provide a more specific date of shipment or delivery on these remaining 2 polos as they are actively in production and the date of completion is fluid depending on numerous factors in the production process.Thank you for your patience,

I went into the store to buy my daughter's uniforms on 7/10/24. The store had basically no uniforms left in stock for freshman. You'd think you'd overstock freshman uniforms considering every girl will need a new uniform. She had her freshman orientation today, to which she was to wear her uniform, and we still don't have her skirts. The site said it will ship in 2-3 weeks. It's now 5 weeks later, school officially begins Monday and we don't have her skirts and no idea when they will even ship. I had to pay $80 to buy black pants for her to wear until her uniforms arrive. I've reached out to the company twice with some autogenerated apology for the delay with no attempt to remedy the situation. I shopped at Schoolbelles over the last 15 years for my children's uniforms and never had a problem like this. This is absolutely unacceptable considering parents don't have another option to purchase their uniforms at another store. I would recommend anyone who does business with Dennis Uniforms to move their business elsewhere for the sake of their customers.Business response

The uniform order was placed on July 2, 2024. According to the delivery status, it was supposed to arrive within a few weeks. Today marks 40 days since the order was placed, and I am still waiting. School starts tomorrow, and my child has no uniform.This is utterly unacceptable. The company should understand the critical importance of students having their uniforms on the first day of school. I am deeply frustrated and concerned about how many other parents are facing the same issue. As indicated in our earlier response the Gym shorts were in production and the belt was in bound from the manufacturer. The gym shorts were shipped September 9th and delivered on September 13th. The belt has been received from the manufacturer and once fully checked in through our quality control process it will be shipped. An email with tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that my uniform order has been canceled without my authorization. I want to clarify that at no point in my communication did I request or approve the cancellation of my order. My explicit request was for the expedited shipping of the items that were promised to us, not a cancellation.

On the date of August 3rd, while I was in the back of the store looking for a shirt for a customer, I saw one of my coworkers sitting in the back of the store in the sofa (located in our break room) on her break. The general store manager ****** came and sat with her, I had to walk to the front of the store to deal with customers and checking out their purchases for a bit, once I came to the back of store to look for an item that wasnt on the shelf for a customer, I saw the coworker that was on break looking very uncomfortable. I noticed that and later on asked her about what happened. She expressed being sexualized being called **** a** and gorgeous by the general manager ****** and she was told he sent an inappropriate photo to his wife in the same sofa everyone sits on for a break. She has expressed him being touchy such as patting her shoulder and saying flirtatious remarks going on for a few weeks and has told him to stop. I havent experienced anything inappropriate with him but he does make comments about my appearance and has been touchy as well like holding the top of my head and rubbing my shoulders. ****** has been making a very uncomfortable environment at work and constantly ask us if we hate him. I am 17 years old and my coworker experiencing this is 24. I really do enjoy this job and find lots of passionate for it, I just want to address this issue since we are all females working at the store, excluding our store managers ****** and ******.Business response
