      Uniform shirts were ordered prior to the start of school (30 July 2023). Attempts to contact have been met with busy/unanswered phone lines. Reviews were answered with 'we're doing our best'. An update provided said the order was to be shipped by 08 Sept 2023 and has now been updated to one to two weeks as of 11 Sept 2023.

      We made our purchase on July 13, **************************************************************** August . It is now September 11th and We yet have received the rest of the other. The order contains the main items she needs for school and chapel. All we received is a bow and a *****************. I was able to get thru the first week in August and talked to a representative, again purchasing another major uniform piece and yet they now have a total of $180 of uniforms and all I have is a Bow and a ***** Pan shirt with no school logo worth 27$. School pictures are in a week and now my child most likely stand out.Emotionally this is bothering my daughter who is 5 years old being asked why she doesnt wear the skirts like the girls do and why she dresses like a boy.I wish I would have read the reviews before even making a purchase.The school on the other hand needs to be held responsible for allowing such a vendor to steal from the parents.

      I placed an order on May 12, 2023 for 10 polo shirts. During June I was getting periodic "your order has been delayed" emails. However after that, all communications stopped. School started on August 7 and I still didn't have my shirts, nor any communication on the status. I was calling and emailing and got no information other than they had no ETA on my order. I finally received the shirts two weeks after school started and now the school logos attached to the shirts are falling off of at least half the shirts so far. They clearly rushed the jobs as on social media other people are complaining about the logos falling off of their kids' clothes as well. I have emailed for help and no one has responded. I cannot call because every time I call I get the message that there is no one there to take my call.I'd like the company to be more transparent on the issues as they seem to have cut off all communication to their customers. They need to address the issues on a timely basis and replace the faulty items.

      I ordered my daughter a jacket since July 12th and today is 09/01. Emailed them couple times and still did not receive it. On the website it says 2-3 when and it has been 2 months. No phone number to call and no email to respond. Horrible customer service

      We ordered some shirts for my kids school uniform in mid June and now is end of august and we still have not received everything from the shop. They also charged 10 bucks for shipping, but cant deliver order in a reasonable time. Its taking them 2.5 months to ship some shirts and my kids school is starting next week. Its ridiculous and unreasonable.

      April 22 2023 purchased two school uniform skirts for $86.76 and still have not received the merchandise. I have called every day for 3 weeks and sent 3 emails since August 14th with no response. Nobody picks up the phone and after 20 min's you are disconnected. They are still accepting orders and you can see from their Instagram page and other online resources consumers are paying money for merchandise and not receiving it. This is fraud! Parents of school children are spending money with them and not receiving merchandise.

      Dennis is horrible when it comes to suppling uniforms. Our school never has items available in store so have to order online. From my order I have Items missing or still not shipped. They dont respond to multiple emails and when you call the message it says no one available and hangs up. If you go to the store they are not willing to help fix the issue (told to wait another two weeks). Placed an order online one item shipped and says delivered but never received. That was 2 weeks ago. Trying to fix that issue. Just trying to get a replacement or refund for the one item missing but told I should wait another two weeks for the one that says delivered but never received.

      I have had to buy from Dennis for years. They are often slow in delivery. However this year quite poor.School starts tomorrow and I have no pants .My son needs his pants for school its required.I called Dennis-no response rang rang and rang then disconnected I did the online chat function on their website- magically no one ever joined the chat to help me I have emailed mult times-no response We went to the physical stores, nothing in our size (standard mens size nothing unusual)I am not the only one with issues and my school is not the only school.They make good uniforms but I need them delivered .I am not a ***** and I have never contacted bbb but what is making me is the lack of communication its demonstrative of a company who is probably sick of complaints so just stop answering.I need the pants I ordered.Even send one at a time if you dont have enough (which you should as you should be prepared to do business) The communication and the general bot emails of thank you for your patience dont work for me.Its like they want me to cancel I dont want to cancel I am not going to cancel I want the pants I ordered .

      Continual problems of not revising items ordered, receiving items of other brands (not what was ordered and paid for). It takes the company months to refund orders they cannot fill, then they refund minus shipping charges and restock fees(for something I never received).
