I arrive at atlas motors sept 6, I came from ********* for doc apt and to check out a ***** Cruze at another dealership and they weren't there. I have my letter in my hand from my bank where I have been pre approved for a loan of ***** at 10% for 12months.I am approached by the nicest guy and we talk, I tell him this vehicle will just be temporary as I am almost done with my apprenticeship in labors union where I have been for 4 half years. I see a jeep, fall Instant in love, he says we can work out the ****** price, maybe finance inhouse, no worries, he says after test drive now these guys(manager of atlas) will try to sell you a lot of side stuff just be firm say no.I start filing the paperwork, three hours later we are almost done, I can put down 800 still have enuf for insurance. My bank card had a limit so I put 400 down and 250 deferred for two weeks, THIS IS PROBLEM, I never said I had 1300 to put down and I don't know how the added instead of accounted what I had giving them and promised. I call the dealership they said yeah yeah but you have to talk with ***** the finance person, well 8 emails later, they still insist 400 still owed.I only had 8 to put down paid nine for inconvenience of deferment. they hurried the papers before me I agreed to 21% interest the paperwork says 26.9%I included the paper which said 8down, when I could only put 4down the added the 250 for two weeks not supposed to have kept 8 plus 250 plus 250.Business Response

Your preapproval was not unconditional. Of course you are welcome to finance at any institution you prefer that will approve you on this vehicle.
Our file shows a full disclosure of moneys due. You have signed in at least 4 places that you were aware of that. I was also disclosed verbally.
The Atlas staff has been in contact with you on many occasions and you refuse to come in and or use your phone so we can have a discussion.
There was no hurried transaction you were her for several hours.
All of your accusations are without merit.
I would still extend a invitation for you to come in and discuss you concerns. We can review your paper work and address the ck engine light that you told my staff has come on.

I am rejecting this response because it does not represent the facts and actions by present party of me and salesman and extra paperwork changed paperwork crossed out paperwork different ink paperwork and added items after all was discussed, I am really upset I could put 8 down it was all I had left after Insurance cost me 7 hundred the deferred payments were added when my bank only let 400 out of account, they witnessed me call and stay on hold from bank. I am not trying to get over on anyone I have paid the 4 then 2 then 3. The reason I couldn't bring Jeep in is check engine light came on and now brakes grinding I want Jeep and happy with moving forward I just don't want to get bullied. I would be willing to discuss matter with *****. Like to ask her to ask why the manager was trying to get 350 instead of 250 I am telling the truth themoney I paid is down payment. I had been there going on six hours and will pay on vehicle for four years i am accountable for my finances and could not have promised money that didn't exist. Thank you for your help

I purchased my 09 ****** Altima on 09/09/2023, I paid $1000 deposit for this vehicle which I also purchased the warranty. On 11/20/23 I spent $531.94 taking this vehicle to the dealership for faulty parts. On 10/30/2023 I spent $220.88 on replacement tires for the vehicle. On 12/18/2023 I took the vehicle to yet another dealership and paid $525.36 for replacement shocks on the vehicle. This car has cost over $1200 to keep up with, with absolutely no assistance from the dealership or warranty company. The final straw was on 12/29/2023 when I went online to the *** and was advised my vehicle was not registered. This dealership did not register my car! By the ***** of God I haven't had any issues but could you imagine!??! This entire time thinking my vehicle is registered and okay because the dealership kept the same plates on the car just to find out it's registered to someone else. THIS is the final straw that will have us in court. This dealership is selling faulty cars at prices way more than what they should be. The estimated value of this vehicle is $3942 but yet I'm charged over $10000. Nothing but trouble with this dealership and this car. The workers do not care, they only pretend to care when you are purchasing, after you buy no more assistance is given and they continue to scam other people.Business Response

Dear Valued customer.
I am sorry to hear you are having such difficulties.
First let me say that your vehicle was inspected for tires that that follow the federal guidelines for tread wear and were well beyond the minimum.
The shock absorbers also were inspected for leakage and fault. None were reported.
The complete pre sale vehicle inspection was done at a independent 3 rd party facility that operates at an arms lenght.
I personally answered the phone when you called to alert us to the Plate problem you were having.
I treated you with respect caring and immediately jumped into solve this problem for you. The entire business office and myself stop what we were doing to courteously solve your problem .
I listened to the business manager attempt to explain that your plates were sent to the *** for transfer in a timely manner as required by regulations.
We also informed you the Dmv had failed to properly handle that process and that we would call them a resolve it.
You were not satisfied with that answer and continued to be uncooperative .
We assured you this would be our number one priority but, we would need to wait for the *** to respond d to our message.
You again became uncooperative.
Unfortunately the error was committed By the *** not atlas.

Good afternoon I have attached a drafted pdf formatted complaint letter, as well as all needed documentation. I was sold a modified 2015 dodge challenger. The whole differential system went out on the vehicle few weeks later and I was told by the warranty company that Atlas Motors LLC was not to put a warranty on a modified vehicle and that I was charged for a service I would never be able to render due to vehicle being modified. I have remained paying full coverage insurance and my monthly car payment on a vehicle that I have not got to drive in months. I would like this matter fixed soon as possible. As I have two children with traumatic brain injuries and have no car. The warranty company also said the warranty was also in void as the check engine light was already on that they read. I just want was due to me and my challenger repair fee paid and my money back for a warranty that I was never able to be Offred.Customer Answer

And the check for four car payments amounts to ******* did not provide that . ***** from ***** attempted to contact ************* yesterday in my physical presence and ************* forwarded to voicemail . I called ************* and he stated ***** has not contacted . ************* stated to me and my adult biological daughter ***************************** that payment would be made to service department for total repair and that was false . I need to know next steps .

Atlas Motors hires a 3rd party independent certified mechanic to inspect all vehicles prior to sale.
You purchased the Sedona Van as is and were urged to purchase a service contract in order to prevent additional expense to the customer for any unforeseen mechanical failures.
The service plan was offered to you multiple times before you left the dealership. You declined verbally and in writing.
You also signed at least 4 different times that you understood the vehicle was offered As Is.
I would be happy to refer you too a mechanic that would provide a dealer discounted price for repairs.

Atlas Motors, and it's employees involved in the sale of a 2012 AUDI A4 VIN # ***************** on November 05, 2022 knowingly sold a vehicle to me without disclosing all defects known to the dealership at the time of sale. The sale of this vehicle blatantly goes against the Federal Trade Commission's consumer protection laws and grossly took advantage of me and my financials.Business Response

I have reviewed the file on this vehicle purchase. On 9/16/22 this vehicle was sent for an independent vehicle inspection at AVI Automotive a certified mechanical shop. As a result of that inspection the vehicle was deemed in *************** condition.
The day of you purchased the Audi you were offered mechanical breakdown and service protection. You declined verbally and in writing. You signed 2 federal trade as is disclosures in addition you signed 2 other as is notices.
It is the aim of Atlas to sell fully inspected and sound vehicles. We are not able to foreseen possible future mechanical issues after time of sale. That is one of the reasons we present the offer of Service protection to every customer.

We were unable to respond to the complaint because we were very sick. We would like to ask you to reopen the claim so we can submit our response. This is our response:
Atlas motors,
Actually, my car had mechanical issues since day one, even **** the seller was there to witness how it was. However, you guys assure us that the car was in perfect conditions and three after we had to return to your shop to have it fixed by one of you mechanics. You had car for at least three days and installed ******** as you can in the diagnosis done by *****************.
We acted in in good faith and trusted you by accepting everything you suggested and sign everything you recommended. We were never offered that mechanical service protection.
We really just want you to take the car back and forgive the loan. We are not looking for any money back even thought I should.
This has been a struggle and we want this to be over as soon as possible.
