I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in July 2024. The purchase invoice included a 299 charge for glass treatment "Crystal ******* which I was never informed about. On my purchase date I was taken into ***** ************** where he apologized for it not being mentioned to me, told me the benefits of the product, and I reluctantly agreed to keep it since I was told they add it to all their vehicles. However, the vehicle I purchased did not have the product on it due to the windshield having a chip and needing replacement. ***** said I should expect some packets of the Crystal ****** in the mail in a few weeks. I have since replaced the windshield and inquired by email and by phone to ***** on the following dates about getting refunded for the product I never received and was deceived on:2024-10-27: Emailed First Request2024-11-14: Emailed Second Request2024-12-02: Emailed Third Request2024-12-07: called and left a VM, also sent another email 2025-01-05: Emailed saying I would escalate if no response I still have not gotten a response since 1/5/2025, today is 2/2/2025.

Was sold a car with ****** miles on it put less than 1000 on it and its falling apart they will not call us back. They charged us $200 to tell us. It was falling apart and didnt disclose They were going to charge us anything they ripped off my 23 year-old daughter. Definitely abusing younger women..

Id like to provide some clarity regarding the situation with the vehicle purchased by the complainants daughter on June 14th, which had ****** miles at the time of purchase. Over the past five months, the vehicle has been driven for more than ***** miles, totaling ****** miles by the time it was brought in for service on November 27th. This is contrary to the claim of only ***** miles driven.
While we understand and empathize with the frustrations that can come with necessary repairs on any vehicle, we must clarify that our responsibility for the vehicle ends once it leaves our property. Despite this, we aimed to support your daughter by offering a 10% discount on the repairs as a gesture of goodwill.
We regret to see that this gesture has been met with negative reviews that may not fully reflect the circumstances. I am more than willing to discuss this matter further to ensure that all parties have a complete and accurate understanding of the situation. It's important to us that your daughter has relayed all relevant information to you. Please feel free to contact me directly to talk this through, *********************************************************

This vehicle is purchased November 20, price $62,300, 2024 *** X7, Vehicle was located in ********, ******, I had a friend of mine, see the vehicle and inspected however, at the time it was very dirty with leaves and rain, covering many areas of the car, videos and pictures provided did not reveal Any particular damage, dealership reported no accidents or repairs on this vehicle however, upon arrival of the vehicle, it was found that the vehicle had multiple areas of collision, the front hood was dented, the back left panel where the sensors are located was hit repainted poorly, the exhaust casing was dented and pushed into the vehicle. An estimate from *** was obtained for $12,000 for all repairs I contacted the business. Freeman motors refused to help telling me that this car is not cosmetically perfect as it is one year old. However, they told me that the car has had no paint work done or repairs despite the car having damage and repairs done previously. This is dishonest and unacceptable fair adjustment of conversation would be appropriate. When reaching out to the dealership and asking to speak to the owner, they refuse to give me the owners contact information. I am a physician practicing in ********** and understand my basic and legal rights selling a car and hiding repairs as well as damage is not honest work and if I am to obtain a lawyer in order to get justice, then I will have to do so.

In this case, the customer purchased a pre-owned vehicle and arranged for a family member to inspect it prior to the sale. We recommended a third-party pre-purchase inspection, which was declined. The vehicle was accurately represented to the best of our ability, and we believe our team provided honest and thorough disclosures.
While we do not feel we are responsible for the concerns raised post-sale, we have proactively reached out to the customer to address their concerns and explore possible solutions. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered financial assistance toward their repair costs, even though we are not obligated to do so.
We are committed to working toward a resolution and ensuring the customer feels heard. Please let us know if further details or clarification is required.

Purchased a vehicle from this company for $25k and the vehicle needed a new engine after 60 days. Took the vehicle back to them and had their shop go over the vehicle. Turns out the car needed a complete engine rebuild and it was going to cost me $16k they agreed to help and only charge me $8k so I paid for the work and got the car back. Turns out the work was not done properly and a couple weeks after the car was inoperable and back in the shop. They used a 3rd party company to rebuild the engine & turns out that 3rd party company went out of business and they aren't willing to help us at all. The car overall has been in the shop for over a year and half and the managers and service managers seem to not care and ignore us. Don't understand how this company is still in business with this kind of customer service.

I was **ntacted today after 9 months since the car was dropped off at the dealer and was told that they are finally looking into a resolution today.  They are looking for a specific part. Hope we all can **me to a resolution and get this over with. We purchased the car 2 years ago and have had the vehicle less than 6 months. While we have had to make car payment and insurance payments. Not our fault freeman motor ** chose the wrong 3rd party to rebuild the engine in the first place.

I purchased a 2017 ***** silverado. The truck was found to have a bad engine. The dealership claims to have put a rebuilt engine in the truck. They refuse to show any paperwork on the rebuilt engine to prove it is in fact rebuilt. The mechanic broke the air box whilst working on the truck. The truck showed up about 5 weeks after I purchased it. The tpms light was lit. The delivery guy from freeman said it just needs reset. BS, it cost me $100 to have a new sensor installed. One week later the truck wouldn't start at the gas station. I had it jumped and installed a new battery. I was left stranded by this truck 2 times last week. No start. I found a loose ground wire that the mechanic didn't tighten. I was able to get my truck home. I have at least 6 different codes popping up rendering this truck unusable. I've only managed to put 600 miles on this thing. I can't trust it to go around the block. Codes pop up, brake out, hood open, traction control, ABS, bank 1 running rich, bank 2 running rich. The salesman told me they were having problems with this running rich after the engine swap, but claims to have fixed it. Obviously not. I've been emailing two different individuals at freeman, **** and ****, they've both chosen to ignore my emails and calls. I want this truck fixed immediately. Or you can give me the $19k I've already paid on it back and take it. Freeman motors decision to simply ignore this problem will not make it go away.

This business is false advertising vehicle for sale and the salesperson acknowledged it and also sent me text messages verifying the false information. I think this is pretty normal practice for this type of business but they are COMPLETELY wasting peoples time and money by doing this type of false advertising. Theyre a real joke of a business, scam , lies. Whatever it takes along with overpriced inventory. I sure hope someone holds them accountable!!!! PLEASE

I, **** Freeman called ***** after reviewing the phone, text and picture string from our sales consultant ****.  ***** claimed we had pictured a 2018 *** X5 and the actual car is a 2017.  I verified the pictures on the website were the actual car and matched the video and pics **** sent ***** by text.  **** did a great job showing ***** the blemishes on the car.  Many items would be taken care of in our recon process but she still took the effort to show what the car looked like in real time.  ***** does not believe that we are telling the truth.  He does not want to come down and verify physically the car.  I offered to meet him here and work with him on the car myself as the owner.  ***** passed.  I do not know how someone sitting in a home three hours from us can make these accusations without physically verifying the evidence.   If ***** chooses to change his mind, he has my cell number.  Kind Regards, **** Freeman

10/7/23 paid cash for 2019 Maserti. ********, ****** told me they completely service every car prior to selling and the car was in top condition. The 1st day the routine maintenance overdue warning lights came on & rear window always foggy w/ condensation, no matter what I do. Never disclosed rear tires worn down to warning threads showing. Tires must be purchased immediately. 10/12 went into dealership, ****** said probably forgot to reset engine lights. He tells me the service **** would call me to schedule. Never did. Went in again 11/1 ****** tells me I didn't tell them any of this, and it's all on me to pay to fix everything. To have paid them $41,704 cash & the car needing ******************* immediately & seal leak is ridiculous. I'd have been better off to never have done business with them.

Acura has a lawsuit that they settled out of court for an oil consumption issue on this car. Freeman shouldve known that and not sold this car without having the repair done. I had a motor replaced under warranty that I purchased from Freeman and within three weeks I had the same oil consumption issue and made an appointment. They were to document the oil consumption issue and get me a new motor of which was never done. The car is now at *********************************** , and needs to get a motor replacement on top of other things. ******************* is not getting much help from Freeman motor company and I need somebody to get this motor taken care of for me since I do not have a working vehicle now. ******************* is refusing to cover it, despite Acura being aware of the issue of oil consumption, and again settling a lawsuit out of court for them motor on these. I simply want my car in working order as I pay full coverage and a monthly payment on this through my lawn, as well as having to cover all the other costs associated with it. Ive done nothing, but take care of this under warranty, and this should be an extension of that warranty and needs to be taken care of. I want my car in working order with no check engine light or I want my loan for *** car dissolved.

Customer had his engined replaced with an aftermarket warranty that he purchased. The motor was very hard to locate, but was located and put in. Since the motor was replaced it has been driven over 20k miles and over a year. There is no more warranty with the vehicle. ******************* has spoken with our service department and we have given them the information. There is nothing else for us to do at this point.

The salesperson we were working with lied to **. His name is ******. We were ready to purchase a car from them and had the car taken to a third party which cost ** $500.00. While the car was being fixed in Freeman's shop and we had an agreement with ****** to let ** know that the car was out of the shop. We then get a text that they sold the car without letting ** know. I apologize that this has happened to the customer.  We are not able to hold vehicles without a deposit, we always offer them and this vehicle did not have one. The clients did have an inspection done, but no action with a hold deposit indicating they would move forward. Because we feel bad about the money spent we are reimbursing the customers the money spent on the inspection out of goodwill.
