    I received ANOTHER ticket in the mail from when GENUINE MOTORS had my car to "fix" a problem that never actually got fixed but I paid $1,100 to fix on my own. As they still have not held up their end of the agreement on purchase and sold a broken down vehicle that is extremely unsafe majority of the time to drive. *** needs to pay this parking ticket. I have notified the ** parking with the messages from the mechanic, ****, showing they had my car for 2 days. 5/10/22. Genuine Motors actually fixing the broken vehicle will never happen as they are a legitimate mental nightmare on purpose that crosses lines to recoup their horrible decisions prior to ownership change. ***********************************************************************

    Bought a car February 2023 and on purchase they said they stand behind their cars 100% for the first 30 days. The first week I had to purchase new wheels and tires because the ones on the car were bad they offered me $500 compensation for them. I also couldnt figure out why I was going through so much coolant that 2 1/2 weeks into owning this car it was told to me that the head gasket is why I have been losing coolant. They havent even contacted me back about the head gaskets situation. So now by the time its done it will most likely be $3000 that I didnt have plus the wheels that were $1700 already since bent was dangerous and mismatched tires on a AWD leads to further problems.

    Financed a vehicle June 2021 with 3 fixes upon contingent of sale. Weeks after purchase, I gave the car to the shop for the agreed repair. Once returned to me, it immediately had a knocking in full crank reverse and quickly became undrivable. Over the course of the next year, there were a multiple returns to "fix" this problem, missed days of work, they got my car a parking ticket, and it my gas as it became $5-6 a gallon. The dealership told me to stop calling. I got ahold of the owner who finally has me take it in to a real shop, missing another day of work and having to find rides. It requires a major mechanical repair that I am now on the hook for affording. The biggest run around and chased my tail while being pregnant the entirety of this. If this came to light in the beginning I would have more options, as I followed the dealerships lead on when to return it, when a part will be in and their word its "fixed" also while dropping the ball on another fix that i reminded them about and leaving the 3rd fix one up to me. My concerns, due diligence, planning was rewarded with stressful phone calls and put on the back burner and then ultimately left to figure it out all while paying on a car that I haven't been able to safely and reliably drive since purchase. Now, the vehicle sits with a check engine light on and I'm stuck with a loan and no car. I haven't asked for compensation for lost wages, lost work and home hours spent on the phone, waiting for shop calls, or gasoline reimbursement. Everything was on my own dime and time while paying for the vehicle. If they won't repair the vehicle so it's safe and reliable then I'd like my money back.

    I bought my car on 6/1/2022. The address I purchased my car from is **************************************************************************** *************.A couple days later on 6/3/2022 the check engine light came on. This is the moment I realized I was taken advantage of. I've lost all trust in this dealership. Not only was I rushed into buying a car they desperately wanted to get ride of, but I was duped into thinking the vehicle I bought was going to be in good mechanical condition. I had previously visited this dealership and was under the understanding the owner was a ****** enthusiast and I felt I could trust buying a ****** from them. They had offered to take it to a shop they trusted but after some further investigation the engine bay was in rough shape. Zip ties holding a lot of the fixtures together. I am confident that their shop had looked at it prior and was confident no one would find out the condition it currently. I can't imagine how heart broken someone with no knowledge of how cars work would feel getting this and having to pay thousands to fix it. I want a refund or I want me car back.
