    We purchase a 2012 gmc ****** **** from sunrise auto sales in **************** ** was are salesman when he was putting all this paperwork together for paint protection ,interior protection ,gps and theft, ********** glass protection all of this extra stuff that they said my credit union required the only one I was really wanting was the paint protection because the truck had really wide tires and liked to throw rocks so in may of ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** that they never received any money from the dealer for my truck so I called sunrise and they had me talk to an accountant and she said it got paid I told her that the paint warranty departments never received the money so I asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to ** he told me to give him a day to figure it out so I called back a day later he said he was busy and would call me back never heard from him in a week so I called back again and he told me that my truck didnt qualify for paint protection it is only for chalky paint so I told him I would like my warranty money back so I can go get my paint fixed and he said well I will give u the owner of sunrise auto sales email address u can email him and see if he can help u the email address was not even a real address I payed ***** dollars for a truck that has paint failure and **** for a warranty that clearly states for vehicles that are 5 years or newer these guys should not be in business the truck I bought was 10 years old when I bought it

    I bought a vehicle from Sunrise Auto Sales in November of 2022, I traded the vehicle in on October 7th of 2023 and there is a refund due on the *** insurance I purchased when I bought the vehicle. I have spoken with the administrator of the *** policy and was told refund was sent to dealership on October 15th of 2023 and was cashed by the dealer. The dealership had apparently gone out of business with no contact information for me to find to get ahold of any regarding my refund due to me. Ive tried all phone numbers listed and email addresses with no luck. Im just looking to get tne money due to me for tne probrated refund.

    My transmission failed and they worked on it and put a cooling line in and deleted lymph mode and all kinds of breaking issues

    ** September 3, 2022 I had gone to purchase a used **** Dodge Ram **** SLT 4x4 Cummins from sunrise auto sales for $25,000. Upon signing the related documents I was given a vehicle warranty coverage. The agreement was that it would be a full coverage powertrain warranty that was supposed to cover the whole powertrain of the vehicle for 24 months or ****** miles. ** march 23, 2023 the transmission broke. I contacted the warranty provider and found out that the actual warranty I was provided was a 24 month ****** mile limited powertrain coverage that would only cover a *** of $3000. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the owner *****, who made an agreement with me that if I took the vehicle to a specific repair facility that he would then cover the remaining amount of the repair costs. I then proceeded to book an appointment at the repair facility. Since March 26 2023 I have not been able to get in contact with ************* June 20 2023 I was contacted by the repair facility. During my conversation on the phone the mechanic at the facility informed me that during his inspection and diagnostics he found that the transmission had overheated and caused the internals to become damaged. Upon further inspection he found that there was an engine coolant fed cooler that cooled the transmission fluid that had been bypassed. From his experience he believes that this is the cause of the transmission failure. He also reported that the cooler had been bypassed a fair amount of time before because there is an undercoating that was applied to the vehicle prior to me owning it and the cooler connections were covered by the coating as well as the lines that connected to the cooler was also covered by the coating. Today June 23, 2023 when I called in attempting to both contact ***** and to have my warranty contract adjusted and corrected I was told that ***** has to approve it. when I asked for a different manager I was told that there was no manager on the property today.

    We purchased a dodge **** that was misrepresented to us to have features on it that don't actually work, like heated and cooled seats etc. Upon bringing it home we discover the inside of the truck is falling apart. Uncovered wiring, lights hanging down and broken, door panels coming off. We returned the truck the next day in exchange for a ***. We were told the A/C was broken and would be fixed first thing Monday and we could pick it up then. When we arrive Monday to the dealership, nobody bothered to tell us it wasn't ready. We went home and then continued to get put off every day that week. WE reached out multiple times (they didn't even bother updating us, we had to call ourselves) and every day we were told tomorrow, tomorrow, and they would deliver the truck to our house. by 5pm Friday we got a call to come get. They wouldn't be delivering it to us. We drove the truck less than 100 miles and by the next day (saturday) the transmission went out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. After having it towed back to the dealership(sunday), we talked with ****** and said we want to return the *** and get our 4Runner back. He said absolutely, but nothing could be done until the following day, monday.On our way to the dealership we were told nothing could be done, yet again. ******* decided to have a meeting and be unavailable to us, despite knowing when we were coming in. I emailed ******* about our situation and then called back Tuesday and told ****** we would also be fine with them taking back the *** and just keeping our 4Runner (buying it essentially).We just wanted out of the *** and to move on from the dealership. ******* then emailed me saying no to all of this, but that we could trade their *** back to them at a financial loss to us.Despite paying for a tow, having to make numerous trips to the dealership because of ZERO communication from them and putting less than 100 miles on the truck. When I call to speak to him, he is continuously unavailable.

    I spoke with ******************** roughly 10 days ago regarding this matter. We came to the agreement that once she takes the 2017 GMC **** to the transmission shop, I will supply her, free of charge, a loaner car for a short amount of time. ******************** does have a warranty on the vehicle she purchased from us and we are hoping that the warranty will cover any and all expenses. I am in a holding pattern until ******************** reaches out to me with further information. I gave her my name, cell phone # and told her I am here to help whenever she needs me.
