We moved in to the marina in Aug. When we moved in we were told the water that's is being provided is safe. We use the water daily and you can clearly smell a sewage smell and the water is brown. When using the water my hands feel like I've touched chemicals, they feel hot. This Marina has been cited before for bad quality water but it seems like they still have not complied. It's a safety issue and a health violation. This place should not be open to the public.Business response

Because of heavy rain, our water turned brown, we were informed by campers, but not from the person complained through your organization, we inform *********** first to drain water 5 to 19 minutes, the water will become clean, but told them to boil water before human consumption, and we drain water in water treatment house.
We do daily chlorine tests and monthly coliform lab tests, all results ok. We do not have what was told by her, if so, She could have informed us and do examination by doctor at our expense.
She moved in in June, not August.

1. Even if you boil the water the chlorine is still slowly poisoning you because it doesnt boil out. So the more you ingest it it gradually it will cause symptom lie the ones I have.
2. When we moved in in June, both *** and ***** told me and my husband that the water was being treated by the city and that they had good water they never told us to boil it or to wait.
Its know through the ***************** this man is a fraud. I am now having to go to doctors due to the symptoms of chlorine exposure and testing shows I am borderline deficient in crucial vitamins due to the exposure. I have a chronic disease that affects the heart and during this time I was suffering with chest pain and heart palpitations. The over exposure to the water provided could have been fatal if we hadnt found out. Because he said the water was treated by the city I searched the web and found a notice that was sent to him last year showing the water was being pumped from a dirty well. I notified the person on that letter that the water was brown and that it smelled bad. From the details I provided the person I spoke to told me that those are examples of over chlorinating the water. They told me they would contact *** and let them know if my complaint. So he knew I was complaining about the water.
I have contacted a lawyer and am in the process of filing a suit not only for the water but not being notified of how it was being aquired on top of my deposit that he refused to give back even tho he stated it was refundable. He states he has recordings of me agreeing to a year lease but hes not even supposed to have people living there long term and did not write out a year lease agreement. If he has a recording of me he had no permission of mine to record my voice nor did he ask. We were told the camera had no audio just video. This situation has NOT been resolved and is still pending a civil lawsuit.Business response

***************************** and her husband, ****, signed Register (*available upon request) for an annual lease at my place in June 2023. They were happy because of my letting them to stay at my trailer; they said they finally did not have to live in their Car, Suburban. (* Messages available upon request)
My Camp host, *****, reminded them many time to train their Dog not to bark all the time, ***** was unhappy about the barking. And after a while, for some unknown reasons, they were not getting along with most of my campers, even one of my camper, ****, complained about their taking his dog to their trailer without ****** permission for days when **** was in EMC hospital.**** said they once mentioned if ****** dog can be taken for breeding their dog. **** said that they could not just take it for that purpose. The news was spread around in the park. ***, ****, and a lot other campers can be witnesses.
***************************** and **** said they would be better not to go to lower public camp sites any more after some unhappy things between them and other campers. One day they said to me they had rented a place and wanted to leave,and asked for return of deposit. I immediately checked with my camp host,*****, about Register that said it was a year lease, and deposit was one months rent, I have never collected a month rent as deposit for monthly rent, I require $200 for monthly rent, but $300 if I own the trailer, and we talked ,under my video camera (*can be retractable), whether we needed to have commitment of one year, **** said he needed to talk with his wife, and then ok to have one year lease (*can be retractable) . I was kind enough to return part of deposit minus cleaning fee, the money was ready in sealed envelope, he heard that was not total deposit, he dropped the envelope and turned back without even opening the envelope. Note: the surveillance cameras have been setup in public area only.
******* said they might have to leave, so campers would not see baby dog after breeding, or they just felt isolated from group. Drinking **************** required us to post boiling water requirement when our monthly Lab test found Coliform, it never happened,and we has been required Government to have daily chlorine test, and send monthly report. We have all records with ************************** There was one time chlorine level went up to 3 mg/L, it was long before they moved in, it was higher then what we wanted to maintain,however, Chlorine level of drinking water needs to be between 0.5 mg/L and 4 mg/L.we have been maintaining level of 1.5 mg/L -+
She commented on my ****** Map account publicly about how I put bacterial in water tank tried to toxicate all campers, my ****** Map account was suspended because of this. I have not yet found time to *** her for defamation. We never said water was treated by the city; water has been treated by out filtering or treatment system.
The bottom line is that they never brought up concerns about water, if they had had got all deposit back,our water would have been good? They breach lease agreement, should have been no deposit back. However, again, I was kind enough to return part of deposit minus cost of cleaning, pictures when they left can be available.

I am rejecting this response because: my dog was never involved with bucks dog and she is not currently pregnant with any puppies.buck was called at the hospital that same day and we told him we babysat like because he was left out in the heat with no water or food and no campers were around.
we Never signed a year lease with *** we only turned in monthly sheets like the one I uploaded. *** is not allowed to have long term campers so it doesnt make sense why we would sign a year lease.
the Condition of the park is gross along with his animals that he owns they are skinny malnourished and not taken care of.
im not the only person that has been affected by the water in his property. ***** his last manager is still suing him due to the damage it cause her daughter.
the reason there was a fall out with ***** was because he refused to keep a hold of his three vicious dogs who almost attacked me an my dog while trying to go for a walk.
*** doesnt have a business refueled with ****** and has had two different registration of the same property under two names both failed to renew.
he is fraudulent and needs to be shut down.

I forgot to mention, we did look at the check *** gave us, it was for 100$. Our deposit was 900. The even was already damaged and he knew that. He told us the last person that lived there punched holes in the wall. Most of the damage looks like it was attempted to be fixed with resin or glue. The damages in ****** could not have been created in three months.
We were also threatened with gun shots because we asked for deposit backBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: the area that has been circled is ***** writing not mine. The application was asked that it be filled out by us. If you notice anything that needed changing is in my husbands handwriting with his initials. So on top of being liars forging documents is also a skill. Great job please show the rest of the sheets we filled out for the rest of the months we remained there.

I forgot to mention the document states the rent was 750. It was actually 960 for each month we stayed there. Forging a document is illegal and he can get in a lot of trouble. Thank you for providing more documents for this lawsuit showcasing your dishonesty.
