      I brought in my b7100. They said it would take about an hour to diagnose at 150$ an hour. I told them the issue was that it just stopped going forward or reverse. When I went to pick it up they said it would be 499$. The manager was nice enough to lower it 100 but when I got it home it was worse then when I dropped it off. They said they tightened everything but it feels like they loosed everything like the clutch and pedal. Even if they could not fix it you would at least hope that you would get your tractor back in better condition for ****************** the same condition you dropped it off. I am going to see what the bbb says. I would not trust their mechanics especially the shop ****** to work on anything. I told them also about the spring that was broke from the hydrostatic transmission and as you can see in the photo they did nothing with it or even mentioned it. They also just put a nail in and did not line up the spline. Just would not trust them with anything. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

      We refunded the customer his money today, March 13th.  There was a miscommunication in our service department about what this customer wanted to authorize us to fix and what he expected to be fixed and pay.   The customers complaints are understandable and valid in this area.  However, it would have been much nicer had the customer just called in and asked about the problem instead of posting it on ****** Reviews and with the BBB.  We never got the chance to correct the problem.  The customer picked his tractor up on Friday, March 8 and by Monday, March 11 there have been a lot of public comments made by the customer on ****** and the ******************** about the issue, but none with us (the actual dealership) to address the problems until we spoke yesterday afternoon.  I talked to ******* on the phone Tuesday, March 12 and today, March 13 about the issues. He choose to take his tractor elsewhere and we refunded his money.
