    They are voiding the warranty that I paid for and they are being so foul and rude Im making payments on a vehicle that they sold me and they broke my car and they are fighting me on fixing it

    I was in the market of buying a car I got a hold of lithia jeep dodge of rosebug and seen the had a ****** wrx sti so I drove up there two adult kids to buy this vehicle my oldest took it for a little test drive with the salesman and everything checked out a couple days later the vehicle through a concerning code we got a hold of them and asked them to resolve it when we called and spoke to ***** and at first she was very Un Profesional and rude and didn't want to do the work she wouldn't call back and when she did it was very difficult to talk to her finally after the car being none working and oil everywhere they brought a tow truck to fix it it was up there for about four month they said they fixed every gasket on the car and the head got that shaved and fixed the timing chain and many more repairs then we received a phone the car was finished my son drove up there and picked it up and on his way home it threw a coil pack code and the car wouldn't go in to over drive and the high beams wouldn't work we call ***** the next day cause they were already closed when the code came on she said it was not there fault we said it needs fixed and she said we had to drive it up there we ended up taking it to ****** In medford diagnosis that they would not work on it due to lithia of rosebug potential error on the repairs later on that evening the dash lite up with multiple codes made a knocking noiceand proceeded to power and till it died we got it towed home that night called ***** the next day and she said we had to drive it to roseburg or we could take it to a local lithia we rented a car ****** and towed it to lithia near me were I showed them all the paper work he called ***** and spoke with her and ask her what she was going to do if they got in to the vehicle and seen it was rosebuds doing and she hung up on him he then turned to us and said she really don't like you guys I said cause we pay for a vehicle we want to drive not just look at it he then called her back she told him if the vehicle gets towed then she will reimburse the cost so we rented a uhaul car ****** drove up there and they said they would not reimburse they won't give a loaner so were out of a car and still have to make the payments he is now saying it's are fault on the car which I have two other car company's telling me to get a hold of bbb and try to get in to a diffrent vehicle that will not cause difulit issues like this one has but they are refuing and the service writer manager wasn't very rude and un professional and told my son because he got a longer car the last time it broke down the guy that gave him the loaner is no longer there he got fired and he said it was my son fault and that is not true it would not be his fault he also said he called me and said he wasn't paying for the tow but I didn't get nothing from them I had to constantly call them

    On Sept 8 I sold to the Lithia Dodge dealer here in Roseburg my 2015 Kia ******** with *****. miles aprpx. But as of this date have received neither the refund for my extended warranty. or payment for the vehicle at all. When I have stopped and talked to them I get a different story each time. They said I am the only customer who has ever complained to them. Then I find their score on BBB..D-. So obviously I am not the only one who is unhappy with their service.Since I have had to wait this long, I would like ******. dollars. After waiting this long I have received nothing but lies and stories about when my payment will be received. Please help me get this resolved.

    I have had a 2018 Dodge Ram **** Eco Diesel 4x4 truck under warranty to have an engine replaced for 4 months and I was told 2 months ago it would be done in a week. I have left too many phone messages and emails to count to get information on this repair and not a single response back to help me, I live 5 hours away by car and cannot drive there to get it answered, this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I am considering a law suit filing at this point.

    I was looking to buy a truck from this dealer. I live out of state. I was notified of some paint rubbed off by the salesman but he assured me it would be fixed by the time I came to pick up the truck. When I arrived the paint was not fixed. I decided to buy the truck anyways since I drove 500 miles to pick up the truck. I was assured that the transport company was responsible for fixing the paint and that it wouldnt be an issue. When I called the dealer to setup a time to have the paint fixed I was told they would not be taking care of the issue. I went through all the steps with Ram customer care to have the paint fixed and the claim was denied. Now this truck is brand new. I paid 72K for it and its clearly a defect from when the truck was transported to the dealer. It looks like the put the two vehicles too close on the transport truck and the paint was rubbed off the bumper. I have been dealing with Dodge Ram for going on 6 months now. They refuse to take care of the issue. They tell me to go to the dealer bought it from but they also refuse to pay for the issue.
