    In April of 2022 I started the process to get a new wheelchair. Working with ****** medical supply they 1st told me that my doctor's notes weren't good enough so I had the doctor resend the notes.. My specialist's office got tired of going back-and-forth with ****** worked with ****** and told me that they would no longer send anymore notes that I needed to go see my regular doctor. This had gone on from April to late June so I did exactly that I I got an appointment with my doctor at ************************* and got a new order sent to Grove medical supply but because Grove medical supply knew that I wanted an invacare will chair not a pro basics they sent a note in order to *** medical supply. My doctor had gotten a pre approval from atrio for my wheelchair. As soon as ****** medical supply saw that it was for me they instantly called me and told me that atrio would not cover my wheelchair because I'd had one in the last 5 years. ****** contacted adrio they would have known that there was an approval already and they could have provided me with a chair however however since they wanted to argue with me about my atrial plan covering it I had my doctor recently ordered back to Grove and I called Grove to explain the situation and that I would take a probasic chair even though I think it's an inferior product to invocare. I had my new wheelchair within 24 hours hours. All praises from me go to Grove medical supply In ******** for listening and caring about their client and taking care of my issue is my issue in a very tinly manner

If we receive an appropriate HIPAA release, we can provide additional information which confirms our position.
