      I hired **** **** Construction in July of 2024 to remodel my garage. We agreed on $12,000 and it was paid in full. Once he received payment, communication became very hard to come by from him. Id message and call with nothing in return. When he would message back he would say there was a hold up with permits. I called the permit office and there was never an application placed for my address. On October 11th I messaged him to let him know I wanted my money refunded and we were going to look elsewhere where for service. Still no response.

      On June 10th I contacted, Adam R Koch Construction about a job I needed done. **** came out a few days later to look over the project of closing in our garage. He gave me a quote to pull permits, take out the garage door, install a window and sheetrock. He also was going to raise the floor and add plugs, per permitting. He paid in full July 24th. **** kept repeating to us that it was going to be a week and then a week would go by, and then hed give us a, just waiting on permits. I ended up calling the permit office my self on October 14th and a worker stated that paper work for our address was never submitted. So I tried to reach out to **** to clarify and he just kept opening my messages without response. I attempted to call multiple times and still nothing. I have even tried to mitigate between him and I with no response back.
