I'm not a person who writes reviews. The one and only intention of writing this review is to share my awful experiences with Oregon's Finest Custom Tile Inc and it's owner. Whoever is considering this company can make an informed decision. I would've given 0 stars if it was an option. I've hired this company for remodeling my shower. The owner of this company over-promised prior to securing the contract. He said he would cover any issues in the one year warranty period, but doesn't honor that. He agreed to a scope of work, then later on during work, argues that this was not part of scope. He overcharged way more than the glass subcontractor charged for my glass door. I paid him full even knowing that he overcharged me, in hopes that he would cover any warranty issues. Do not believe what this company says. Have everything in writing BEFORE signing the contract. Regarding the warranty, get it in writing what is covered and what is not, have him sign the warranty. Otherwise you would end up like me.There was an issue with one of the marble tiles in my shower floor. He said he would apply a caulk or have it replaced for an additional cost. I checked with my friends who knew people in tile industry for their expert opinion by sharing the picture of my problem tile. I've also talked to Lowes and ********** tile experts. They all agreed that caulk and marble don't work together, proper fix would be to replace that single tile. So, I asked for my tile to be replaced and asked how much he wanted. Oregons Finest Custom Tile owner refused to replace the tile, saying it is not covered under warranty and not in the business of replacing tile. He doesn't honor his warranty not even willing to fix the issues for additional cost. I hate doing businesss with such an unprofessional and unethical business. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, STAY AWAY from this business!!!
