Hey *****, it is always unfortunate when things of this nature happen. We always do our best to ensure that the vehicles that we offer for sale are in sound mechanical condition. We do not ever put any kind of additive or fo any sort of "Patchwork" to our vehicles. If we find any major default upon purchase, we sell them to the scrap yard, or through an auction to other dealers. I never personally received any call or text regarding this issue. I asked my brother **** (the other young man that helped you), and he said he never received any correspondence either. We never want any of our customers to be in any compromising position. I am not sure to what extend we could have helped, but we certainly would have done the most that we could.
And regarding "stop leak" after ****** searching I am unsure if you mean an additive to stop radiator, or oil leaks. But either way I am not sure how anyone could know it was added, since from my search it seems to be a small amount added to existing fluid. Either way, we did not, and do not do this kind of stuff to any of our inventory.
We do apologize that you had an issue with the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased on 10/15/2022 and the issue arose in May 2023. So it has been about 7 months. As you said there was no sign of any problem. We do our absolute best, but cannot predict the future as these are used vehicles.
