I paid 10$ to have a few links added to my watch. I was given my watch with a different band all together. He say's it's what I gave him and I say different. I've had the watch for 2 weeks, since my dad died and it was left to me. That man changed bands and kept mine.

****************** handed me a stainless steel watch along with 2 stainless steel links.  He wanted me to add those 2 links onto the watch. I added the links and handed back to him within ********************************************************************** $10.00. About 30 minutes later, he came back and told me to return his 2-tone watch band. I told him the watch and the links were exactly what he had handed to me.  I showed him where the 2 links had been added.  He insisted that he handed me a 2-tone band.  I invited him to come to my work bench, which was off-limit to customer, to check out. He refused and started making threats towards me. For your consideration, the links he had handed to me could only be added to the band (the watch) he gave me.

In watches, you cannot add any links to any watch bands.  If he handed me a 2-tone watch band, then the case had to be 2-tone and the links had to be 2-tone.  His watch was all stainless steel. He handed me 2 stainless steel links.  In addition, even if i had an exact band, it would take me at least 15 minutes or longer to put it on the watch.

I own a small business for over 25 years, but i keep myself very busy.  I ,not only do the work for walk-in customers, do the the works for many ********************** stores throughout the state of ******. I handled a lot more expensive items. i could not find enough time to manage my work load, let alone switching a used watch band.

I operate an honest and reputable business in *****, ****** for over 25 years and this is the first time i am being accused of switching a used watch band.  I hope the provided information is useful for you in reviewing the complaint.

Thank you for your help and consideration.
