Dropped off my 5th wheel for consignment March 17th 2024.I had a inspection from mechanic on conditions of 5th wheel before I dropped off at consignment place.Pick up 5th wheel on May 17th 2024. Made arrangements with ***** to ensure everything is ready because I am on tight schedule and traveling over 6 hours one way.As I'm already over 4.5 hours into my trip, ***** texts me that they lost my keys and if I had the spare on me. I said no. ***** said they would find the keys.After I check in with the front desk and the person on duty tells ***** I am here to pick my my 5th wheel.I was told to wait for *****. She is on her way down.***** texts me this **************** manager never did find the keys. If you make a copy of your keys at home and send me a bill, I will get it covered."What...I just drove 6 hours and I get a text with this. The service manager sees my wife and I frustrated. Gives us the master key. Now they RV place is closing and I am 2 hours behind with a 6 hour drive.I tow the vehicle to my destination and inspect the interior of the 5th and have found tremendous damage to the rear cabin bunk house door / frame and master bedroom sliding glass doors. Not only did my keys get lost but I got a lot of interior damage that occurred while in Johnson RVs possession. The check out processed was horrible because Johnson RV was closing. This is unacceptable and I want to discuss this matter with ownership before I consult with my attorney.
