    They are dealing under the name of *** PARTS Online I placed an order on 9/16/22 @ 10:21am I was under the impression thru reading their FAQ that 1 to 2 business days processing and 3 to 5 business days shipping, this is not the case. I waited 3 full business days to get an email about when I should expect the transmission to arrive when I called on 9/21/22 I was informed that it would be at least 2 or 3 weeks before I would get my product! The guy on the phone got very rude when I asked him why his web page says one thing but he's is quoting something completely opposite. He ended up canceling my order and reversing the charges but now this puts me back at square one and no closer to getting my truck fixed Word to the wise stay away from this company and check out the complaints on his other business USA Parts Online same exact issues
