Our experience with Marshall's was dismal! ** have an underground heat pump system called a GeoThermal system. It was installed 20 years ago when we purchased our home. In November of 2022 the system quit working. ** contacted the original installer and found that he had retired to ******* but he did recommend Marshall's. ** contacted them and set up appt for Nov. 17th. Meanwhile, the winter weather is getting colder and our only heat source was a pellet stove or the emergency back up system on the heat pump. The technician came and did his assessment of the problem and stated that he would get back to us in a few days with the estimate of repairs. ** waited approx. 10 days and then we called them . They had no answer as to why we had not received an estimate other than that the service parts manager had suddenly quit . ** finally received the estimate a few days after that . ** agreed to the cost and thought we would be moving forward. They informed us that the parts needed were on back order and expected in around the middle to end of Jan. ** called them periodically looking for an update but they had none. Finally , mid Jan, the parts came in and the tech came out to install them. However, the person who ordered the parts neglected to order the proper connections . Once again we are left out of the loop and still relying on our pellet stove for heat in our home. The original installer contacted us to ask how things we going , he suggested several places that *** carry the connections that were needed. ** called one and they did not have it in stock, however the second call brought better results. They had it in stock! ** contacted Marshall's and told them where they could find the parts needed. ** finally had our system fixed mid Feb.!!! Most of the coldest part of winter with a pellet stove for heat in a large house.** feel that Marshall's dropped the ball several times and caused unnecessary delays due to their incompetence. NEVER again!

My experience with Marshall's was nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall's to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the ** Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 4 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall's wants me to go without heat for nearly a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run.
