            I am writing to complain about this hotels water. I tried to run my daughters bath water and the water was extremely ***** coming out. I asked the manager what she could do for me she said we could have another room to shower but we woke up around 9am and check out is 11am and we needed to be somewhere by 11am. I initially reached out to hotels.com because that's who I booked the room through and was chastised for doing so. I believe either a refund or a partial refund is in order that's extremely disgusting and I wouldn't ever want to use any other rooms bathtub for sanitary reasons.

            After having our Delta flight cancelled, the airlines set us up at a Bridgeway hotel near the airport in ******, *******. When we arrived, we were told (even though our names were in their computer and we had a code from the airlines ) that they still needed another code, and therefore could not let us have a room. The desk clerk offered no help reaching the airlines, seemed unconcerned that we had to tote our luggage back to the airport in 105 degree Tucson summer heat, and didn't even offer us water. The manager walked by (unbenounced to us) without so much as an offer to ask how she might help. When I asked the desk clerk to speak to a manager, he then pointed her out. I explained my situation and asked for any assistance. Her first words began with "unfortunately..." so I knew no help would becoming.We ended up at a ********************** and the staff there were very friendly and clearly understood what it meant to be hospitable. They offered us bottled water and provided to us a nice room. Bridgeway can take a ****** from ******** towards understanding what it means to be in a hospitality business.
