    We purchased a Trane heat pump 5/5/21 and have had a difficult time getting service everything is still under warranty. We had a thermostat issue in late 2022 which they replaced promptly without issue, on 6/5/24 we had a similar issue with the thermostat I called after hours and left my information Hendrix office called me the next morning and said we will not service your account call another Trane dealer! They gave me no explanation or even transfer me to a supervisor for more information this is unacceptable they refuse to stand by their work and products

    Please see the review response I sent Mr.Little. He has since found another qualified Trane dealer to take care of his HVAC needs.

    Mr.Little-according to our records, 2 years ago you were reimbursed for the 1/2 hour we mistakenly charged you, but after that we have absolutely no record of you having used our company as your service provider. The last review your wife left stated that you would never use our services again and as such, we made a note on the account stating the same. As I mentioned today on the phone, any authorized Trane dealer can service your HVAC equipment and would do a fine job for you I'm sure. It's apparent we're just not a good fit for you and your wife.
