We signed a contract on 10/28/2023 for a tub to shower install.Tentative demo/ install dates were 2/12 & 2/13 2024. Those dates were delayed due to issues with wall materials which had to be reordered.3/20 & 3/21 demo and install done.However, the wall material was cut incorrectly and it did not match up in the corners when place on the walls of the shower. Caulking was very amateurish and tools used scratched the tile floor because they didnt put protective cover on the floor. New materials were reordered and 2nd demo was done 5/17 - 18. Shower door and shower track out of plumb so door slides open on its own and wont fully close. The technician who came today, 5/28 said the wall panel is bulging & wasnt corrected which caused the door problem. For the 3rd time now, a portion of shower wall panel needs to be stripped to the frame and reinstalled. So were not done yet. This has been the worst experience ever regarding remodeling/ renovation projects. The amount of money that Jacuzzi charges is ridiculous for what we got. We have demanded compensation after the initial install and was quoted by the ******* that he is only allowed to compensate $500. After 2nd installation the manager. allowed a $1000 compensation telling us that amount was all he was allowed to refund and there was no point in asking for more.
