I was a tenant at the ********************** managed by ***** ***** for a year. I was profiled and discriminated against. I was wrongfully accused and my identity was mistaken as someone else. I was experiencing domestic violence and ***** ***** made it worse by interfering. She broke my confidentiality and violated my rights digging for information. Her assumptions and misjudgment caused her to illegally impound my new truck. She picks and chooses her "favorites", allowing some people to get away with criminal activity either cuz she is naive or inexperienced. She doesn't use hardly any of the budget to fix up the property, just the bare minimum. For example; places a giant rock in the "kids park and play area" that not a single child plays on if it is even safe to do so. She discriminates against gay couples and targets them often trespassing this person or that person from the property, but not really enforcing much. Someone was found smoking ******** in the parking lot and ***** ***** orders overdose kits to put all over the building. ***** ***** later evicts a tenant for taking accountability for her relapse and 5 months prior admits in an online police report she was under the influence. There are currently two active drug dealers on the property that have never even received a warning of any kind. They do drug deals, there is prostitution, theft, and fighting going on almost 24 7. Complaints go unheard with ***** always claiming she didn't see anything on the very extensive surveillance system set up all around the premises. Prop open a door, or fail to pick up dog p*** and your likely getting served an informal complaint...maybe even an eviction cuz she likes to skip over the process of things. Since they took over management of ****************** in July 2023 maintenance is often ignored completely including repairs. There is almost never a manager in the office when it is supposed to be open and phone calls are not returned. Apparently there is a new manager but phone calls are still going through to the old managers cell phone. If we call cascade directly, their customer service line sends you to voicemail and the call is not returned.Initial Complaint

I moved out in 7/23 , yes I left oweing 200$ in rent, also left a 600$ deposit. I havent heard nothing from the management since. Then I notice a charge for over $4000 dollars on my credit report from ***************************. I have pictures of the finale walk through in all rooms of unit 22 at ************************************************************************. The manager has never tried to make contact. I have a lawyer and I would go to court. For almost for 2; years harassment I'm still going through this again. I got a termination letter 10/3/23 and a violation letter for not signing the new lease on 9/29/33., she didn't show up on 9/39/23. I know she did it on purpose. So I called a lawyer on 9/2923 to go to court to clear me from those 6 violation. My son had a heart attack, so I told her I'm not talking to you today and guess what another violation. 2 years and it started with ******** tired to do the same thing. He hello my name is ************************************* I'm calling for ************* for a complaint that the call box number to my name is said out of service so the manager took my name off and I do get deliveries from my for medications and I do alot of online shopping but now I have to go downstairs with my ankle with my broken ankle to answer the door. Last week I gave the manager ************************* her the number last week to change on the box and she just turned it off so can you please help me cuz I'm tired of this situation and I can't take it anymore I'm 62 years old and she has really really been doing things that are not legal. This is my fifth complaint I sent a complaint in the letter and I also complaint on online so I need really need to get this taken care of cuz it's going going personal to her and it needs to stop. Bad communication over move out fees and wont resolve the issue at all and rather send my account to collections instead of just resolving the issue while its been presented from the time I moved out . Manager wouldnt give an actual detail ****** stated whats owed so that it can be paid and taken care of instead she choose to go round about way and sent it straight to collections when numerous times have been contacted by multiple people trying to resolve the issue. In April of 2023 we (myself, *********************** and *************************) applied for an apartment from Greentree Apartments. We never heard anything after that point. We called six weeks ago to get our holding deposit back. We waited two weeks, called, and were told the check was not sent out yet. We confirmed our names and address, and waited another two weeks. Again, nothing. We then called a third time, and waited another two weeks after that, and no check was sent. We finally got the number to the **************** and every time we called we were told we'd get a call back and never got one. When we asked for a manager, we were told they were in a meeting. Cascade property management failed to commit to the no smoking rule on the apartments premises when clearly stated in the lease. My neighbor has been excessively smoking inside their apartment and outside in their backyard 24/7 causing no clean air for other tenants and we cannot open windows for fresh air as cigarette smoke pools in from this specific neighbor. Many complaints had been sent via email and over the phone and these were not responded to. There also have been police reports due to harassment, trespassing, and nuisance with these people and this property management had said they didn't see a problem with it and they don't handle any criminal situation. I also submitted proof of these things and this property management still acted unprofessional and said they were not going to do anything about these issues. These people also have a chemical smell coming from their apartment and are selling drugs all hours of the night. Again, property management does nothing and allows criminals to live with others who had to complete a background check to be approved to live at these apartments. We deserve clean air and to be at peace where we live. Not be harassed by another tenant all day and night for months.Initial Complaint

I lived in their property, ***************** for close to 2 years. I filed a complaint about water damage through email and by phone and never received any follow up. As I was planning to move out I confirmed with the office assistant that I could pay a prorated rent for the first week of February. At move out I was told by the office manager that I was not able to do the prorated amount. It has been over 2 months since I moved out and I have not received any information on my deposit being returned. My phone number is still being used on the call box for the building.
