    We took a 2012 Chevrolet truck to H&H Transmission June 17 2024 we where told it need a new transmission and a new radiator we paid $3000 for the transmission that day then $1800 on June 22nd for labor, we where told that the radiator they received was a wrong one and the correct radiator will arrive later, but in the meantime they had bypassed, we drove the truck and while driving antifreeze started to leak we tow the truck back to H&H Transmission this was june 25th, we got the truck back July 29th. On August 8 the truck broke down again antifreeze leak and weird noise from the engine we tow back to H&H transmission this time we where told it needed a new engine we agree on a use engine with 80 + k miles for a total of $2900 we paid $2000 on August 15th. I have left multiple messages and to today we haven't got the truck back or any updates. We had to paid 3 times for towing plus we are without the truck for over 4 months with no resolution.we are seeking return of the truck and full refund of the money already paid

    Had my transmission replaced in early 2024. Paid a $2,000 core deposit and was told I would see a refund within 2-3 weeks. After a month went by I tried calling in for an update but never got any calls back. I went into the shop multiple times and was told they were working on figuring out what happened. After 4 months, they told me the core was lost during delivery. I followed up once a week and kept getting told they'd have it resolved by the next week. At one point they told me they were going to pay me, but then the next time I reached out they said they can't pay me without investigating why I wasn't paid yet. It's 7 months now and I don't think they intend to ever pay me.

    2017 ****** Murano Had transmission replaced. Contract listed a $800 core charge to be refunded within two weeks. Car was picked up on 4/1/2024. Multiple visits, phone calls and texts with out the refund. At first there were excuses that the owner was out illness and only he could issue refund. Now there is no response to my requests for refund of core charge. Total bill was $5743.

    10/2021 I bought a rebuilt transmission from Tigard Transmission and in Sep of 2022 the transmission started making noise. Worse noise than before it was "fixed". I was assured by the owner more than once that this would never happen again. That the problem the transmission had was fixed in the new transmission. I contacted the owner and it was brought in for inspection and determined a new one was needed and since it was under warranty there wouldn't be a cost to me. I was not given paperwork until last September and on that paperwork it states a "used" transmission was bought. The owner assured me that was a typo and not true. A new transmission was to be put in. The owner has kept putting me off stating he is waiting for it to be shipped and that was months ago. The owner has since stopped responding to my messages and I am not sure how to rectify the situation. I have text messages as well
