    Purchased a snowmobile from them Oct 1 2023 after numerous phone calls, emails will not reply. Was told every excuse and it's now almost been 1 year. We can't register, insure do anything with this piece of equipment. We gladly paid the ***** dollars for it now we need to get this resolved. We do not want to seek legal action but I'm just about ready to. Pretty lousy way to do business. Thank you

    Purchased a vehicle from Luxury Sport Auto. Had vehicle shipped to *********. When it arrived it was inspected and found to have frame structural damage that was not disclosed by the seller prior to sale. The sale took place on Feb 13th. I received the vehicle on Feb 16th. I immediately called the dealer and was told by the salesman that he would have the business owner reach out to me. He never did. I then called again on the 20th same response, never contacted me. I want to return the vehicle, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

    Hello I purchased a 2022 Dodge ram truck from the dealership I drove up from ********************* I deal with a gentleman name **** which she wasnt there when I got there and handed me over to some sales person that wasnt a very nice person I made a deal with them they promised to send me the extra key for the truck and the original owner manuals because it was late in the evening on the way home I noticed the truck was steering funny so I took it in to a repair shop here and it needed a brand new drag link which cost me $1000 and I havent been able to get the original paperwork so I can get the truck registered in ********** No one will return my calls please can you help me Im getting ready to contact the *** there in ****** and consumer affairs thank you so much *******************

    Hello - I purchased a 2022 **** F 150 Lighting from Luxury Sport Auto in October 2022. I wired them money on October 27, 2022 and they shipped me the truck a few weeks later. Not a big deal, the truck arrived in ******** and was exactly what I wanted. The issue I have is they never sent the title and are claiming it's still en route from almost 2 months ago. ************************* is the sales rep that I'm dealing with. I feel like this may be a scam and I want to report it asap as I paid $91,900 for the truck which is worthless to me without a title. I could use any help I can get from you guys on this.
