    After much communication, I sent the following recap to the company of what happened and you are now proposing:1) On April 30, 2024 I paid $1,295 for and you provided a receipt for Order #*****: Rear Door Carrier WITH Optional Box 2) Five weeks later, I only received the bracket and demanded you ship me the missing box. I provided detailed quotations from YOUR OWN WEBSITE LISTING AND RECEIPT showing the box was clearly included 3) You ignored the documentation I provided and refused to take the bracket back for a refund.4) You will allow me to return the bracket AT MY COST for a refund of my purchase price LESS $389 RESTOCKING FEE (citing a return policy for damaged or defective products which does not apply to the facts of this case), LESS unspecified freight charges for you to return it to your supplier 5) Alternatively, you will allow me to BUY A DIFFERENT BOX AND ANOTHER BRACKET ASSEMBLY THAT DOES NOT RESEMBLE THE ONE I ORDERED for an ADDITIONAL $1,150 This is blatant fraud. None of these options are acceptable.

    I called and placed an order for a suspension upgrade priced at $1,842. Everything was great until the agent said shipping was $190. I told him the website said free shipping and then I was told he had to a manager because it was not supposed to be free. I was asked to send screen shots to his cell phone, which I did. I didnt hear back that day so I text and asked what was going on, he replied his mgr. would contact me. Never heard from anyone so I called customer ********************** with no answer. I sent an email and got a reply they dont carry that product anymore. Interesting since I was getting it the day before if I paid the shipping. I checked the website and it had been updated to over 3k. Total lack of integrity and honesty. Never buy from these type of businesses.
