I ordered a shoulder Holster from them, I followed the sizing instructions made notes about the length and that I had a long waste and included the measurement that they required to adjust the size of the harness. The harness arrived and did not fit, they required pictures to verify that it did not fit, I sent them, their reply was that they accepted and approved my replacement but it required a 25% restocking fee and that I would have a store credit of $55.30 that the cost to replace the product was $79 dollars so I would need to pay $ ***** in order to get my replacement. First off I already paid them $167 for the original shoulder holster and included all of their sizing requirements. Now they want me to pay extra to get a replacement for something that they sent that did not fit in the first place. Secondly I am not sure how they calculated a $55.30 store credit when I paid them 167 dollars and some change. I am waiting on a reply back via email which they take days to respond to and see what they say about the 24 dollars for replacement. I want what I paid for and I am not paying a ***** more to get what I have already paid for and did not receive the correct size. I should not have to pay for their mistake. Nor can I wear something that does not fit. I want a full replacement with a product that fits at no additional charge to me. If you cannot provide a replacement that will fit then a full refund of my ******. Your choice either a replacement or a full refund.Business Response

However, I've just looked into our system and it says a replacement holster has been issued, with a holster featuring an extended tie-down strap so that the system and holster work better for you. You've also been granted a complimentary leather holster break-in kit.

Ok I ordered a holster from craftholsters and it was supposed to be a custom holster it wasnt it was just a holster that fit the gun with no trigger guard it was horrible leatherwork there was no kind of mold whatsoever theres just kinda indents kinda cut out to make it look like a mold i can grab the trigger in pull it no problem at all with any finger on both sides at the same time it wasnt custom at all it was just a regular sized holster that would fit any gun that size in i reached out to them in they say mail it to them in they will replace it but i dont want a replacement from a company that has no value in there work i want my money back because it was supposed to be satisfied 100% guaranteed or they will buy it back not give you credit back on how would i go about that I ordered from craftholsters in when i got the box it had pieces from Falcoholster is there anyway i can get my money back instead of credit with there company because after seeing this holster they have horrible quality holsersBusiness Response

On 3/16/2022 I place an order for a belt, and two holsters with craft holsters. I was told I would receive the items the latter part of April. I did not receive the items until the latter part of May. Every time I contacted support; I was told they were working on it I even pain for express shipping. I finally received my items, and the items did not fit the product I ordered it for.I have sent the company emails with pictures and proof the product did not fit, I have not received any feedback in over a month just standard email saying they would look into it and get back with **** have attached photos of the Item I ordered it was a nylon holster for a pistol with rail. Ordered and paid for a owb black leather holster for a SAR9 9MM pistol on May 9th. I paid it through PAYPAL about a week later i tried checking on my order but they found no record of my order, PayPal contacted them with the informations on the payment and what I had purchased.They found it and processed it on 5/25/2022.. I placed an order for a holster on March 10, 2022. That order was cancelled on April 28, 2022, after the vendor failed to delivered the holster as promised. A Craft Holsters sale representative agreed to refund the purchase amount of $45.00 to my Credit Card, on that same date. My last email to follow up on my refund was May 11, 2022, and a representative responded on May 12, 2022, that Craft Holster's "Payment gateway is dealing with some technical problem, and the payments are delayed. Be sure that the refund will be back on your card, hopefully in a couple of business days."As of May 19, 2022, Craft Holsters has still not provided me the refund.The entire E-mail exchange has been uploaded for BBB review.Customer Answer

Order number ******. I received the wrong holster than was advertised. The holster I received was a terrible example of what leatherwork should be. I paid a premium price for a very basic piece of merchandise. Not at all what was advertised. I e mailed and asked for a refund as they have a %100 satisfaction guarantee. I was told to fill out all kinds of paper work that looks like someone elses job and told they need photos of the item before they will refund me. Then I was told they will need to review whether they will give me a refund or not. Thats not a satisfaction guarantee. Completely false advertising. So now Im stuck with a $100 pile of c*** for a gun I dont own since they sent me the wrong item on top of it being terrible quality. I shouldnt need to do all kinds of leg work so you can verify you didnt do your jobs properly.
