      They continued charging me $80/month subscription x3 months after their employee said she canceled my subscription at the end of November 2022. At that time, she told me my last date of access would be 12/21/22. When I first notice the continuing charge in February, I tried to contact them using the chat icon on their website (as they had no phone number or email address on their website.). That message went unanswered. The following month I was charged for a 3rd time (March 1), so I went into the store to discuss. The employee there at the time said that her colleague had made a mistake and that they cannot cancel a subscription from the store, but she did see the notes from the employee in question about canceling my account and the expiration of access on 12/21/22. She gave me the email address for customer **************************** is refusing to refund the $240 that they charged me for services I did not approve or utilize, citing their cancellation policy buried in the paperwork I had signed months before. I believe if your paid employee tells you that they canceled your membership and doesn't direct you to a different policy, then your business needs to honor your employee's mistake. But they'd rather keep my $240 than do the right thing.

      I started with BOGO tanning for the slimming/Toning in February 2024. Going weekly. The cost was $300.00 per month. After ninety days which their contract specifies, which would have been by May 14th, I did the deactivation on May 7, 2024. ******* from the BOGO tanning in ******** contacted me with an offer to keep the current membership, and she would add the Cryo Therapy for $99. I did agree to that, but just found out that I would need surgery, and could not commit to the extension. Lot's of push-back, the $99 already was processed, and they said they could not credit the $99, but would give me a gift card. Since they also said my membership would deactivate on June7, 2024 which they will be processing another $300 for **** Honestly this is unacceptable.

      1. Membership Deactivation: You requested to deactivate your membership on May 7, 2024. Shortly after, our representative, *******, offered to enhance your membership by adding cryotherapy for $99, which you initially agreed to.

      2. Change of Circumstances: We understand that you later decided against continuing with the additional cryotherapy service due to unforeseen circumstances requiring surgery.

      3. Resolution and Refund: To accommodate your situation, we processed a refund for the $99 charge and scheduled the deactivation of your account as requested. This was communicated and "confirmed" via email.

      4. Ongoing Service: Despite our agreement to resolve the issue, we have continued to provide you with uninterrupted service during the last month.

      5. Review Update: We respectfully request that you update your review to reflect the resolution we reached and the continued service you have received. We have fulfilled our commitments and would appreciate it if the review could reflect this resolution.
