    Took my car there for some repairs on 11/11/2024. When I called on 11/14/2024 they had not even looked at car yet. Later that same day told I needed a front window replaced and fuse box was wet would need to dry out. I was not given any estimates or potential charges in writing or verbal. On 11/15/2024 told front window would cost $950 which I did approve. Got no other information from shop until 11/27/2024 when I was told I owe over $1800 since they replaced fuse box. Shop wanted more money for more work I say no and would pick up car since no communication from them on cost. When I got to shop to pick up car ****** service advisor told me there was another bill she didn't know about until 20 minutes before I got to shop for an additional over $1400 for removing and putting back up headliner looking at sunroof for possible leak. I tried to discuss with ******, she removed diagnostic fees for no communication from them and one other item bringing cost down to $2844.53. I told her that was not acceptable or ok for business to be run this way, asked to speak to owner who was not there. Told ****** I would be calling in morning to get things fixed. ****** would not let me take car without full payment. I called next morning it took 3 calls that morning before I spoke to owner **** who said he would not work free on car as I asked for refund of cost with no estimates or communication given, he said he would think about it and call me in morning which he didn't. So 2nd day I called and spoke to **** ** wanted to do work on car for free and I again asked for refund, he said he would think about and call me in morning then he hung up on me. No call again so 3rd day I called and he would not discuss anything and hung up on me. I did tell him not ok to cash check when we were discussing things which he did anyways. I did send letter asking for refund with no respond as well. So I'm asking for refund of all fees except the $950 I agreed to for window.
