      We paid for a Monster truck show and did not get one!! We got a bunch of broken down trucks and excuses why we couldnt get a refund or tickets for the next show!! We just want a refund at this point!!

      the events consist of mechanical vehicles that do break from time to time and its certainly not typical ... if you would like to check out our schedule and see if there is another event you can attend we would love to earn your business back ...

      I bought tickets based on the advertisement . It stated five monster trucks which didn't stated they were non-running maybe two at best sometimes just one truck, Also stated FREESTYLE MOTOCROSS they wasn't even there NO SHOW. They left the car burn continuously it spewed toxic black smoke. I was charged on the site for the children that were suppose to be free three of them age 8,8,& 9. The bleacher were in wretched shape broken and filthy.I saved for a month to take my family to this event I was so bewildered by this non professional show.I was quite frankly embarrassed to take my family. My grandsons were disappointment as well as the rest of my family. I spend over $220.00 for this .I would like a full refund.I have tried to contact this company via phone seems there isn't a good working number.

      The event has many mechanical parts , we can't control breakage.. thats what monster trucks do...as far as the bleachers, that's an issue you would want to talk to the facilities about.we have no control over that....as stated when you purchase the event it clearly says no refunds...however, email ******************************* and we will get your family tickets to the next event  and make sure you have a better experience...

      I wish to file a complaint against Monster X Tour company for the cost of tickets paid for Monster X tickets purchased for the 1:30 June 15, 2024 show in *********, **... I am writing to dispute the cost paid for my tickets and am requesting a refund for the price paid of $67.76 from Monster X Tour. What their show promised and what was actually delivered was not worth my time much less my money... The motocross show was amateur at best and was blamed on the wind, the Monster trucks only had 3 barely running and it sure was not very exciting like your advertising promoted and the ad stated there were rides in Monster trucks without stating there was an extra fee charged and that fee was not even posted... Just charged you once you were already in line with no indication of a charge which was highly inflated $20/ person even for children for a 3 minute ride.... Oh and what happened to the car that was supposed to be burnt.. Had nitro shooting out of back of a fire truck with no purpose other than to cause facial ***** to people in the stands and making it hard to breathe. This show was very disappointing for my grandchildren and the adults attending not to mention very costly as even the food and drinks were highly inflated.. $10 for a lemonade really? I respectfully request a full refund of my ticket price of $67.76... This show was grossly misrepresented and borderline criminal for what they said they would provide to what they did without charging extra on the day of the show. Please let me know how to expect my refund. My tickets were Order # ***** ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO THIS.... RECONSIDER... NOT AT ALL LIKE OTHER MONSTER TRUCK SHOWS... NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

       We are truly apologize that the event wasn't up to your standards, we did receive a lot of compliments on this particular event. All of the food and beverage is handled by a different company and we have no control over the pricing... If you wish to give us another chance at your business we would be happy to get you tickets to the next event of our in your area...

      I purchased preshow and show tickets right before the pandemic for 2020 monster x in ********. When the pandemic started we were told the show would be postponed and we could not get a refund. As the pandemic wore on, monster x continued emailing every 6-12 months insisting that the show would be rescheduled. Even when news of the ************* being demolished were made, they insisted for like 2 years that the show would find a new venue. Its been well over a year at this point since i last heard from them and would like my money back. I asked for a refund by responding to the last email i ever recieved from them and have not heard back. Please just give me my money back.

      Parking was free, their was no one to check to see if we paid. Just people telling us where to park. U charged us online... "I am sure that's my opinion as well" 

      You started a car on fire with out a way to put it out!!! Your announcer admitted they had no way to put it out, half the crowd left Your embarrassing show because the smoldering car choked everyone out in the grand stands.

      repeating yourself with "that's your opinion " goes to show how 3rd rate of a show you put on.. 

      Keep my 116 dollars.  Clearly you need it to fight off all these bbb claims (76 that I have seen) and keep your junk vechines in the garage. " that was everyone opion at the show"

      I will be submitting this under Monster Truckz as well. First, this has to be a scam. We purchased tickets for the *** show in February 2024. The week of the show, received an email saying the show had been cancelled. It took several emails before getting one back saying to contact the second company (Monster X Tour) due to the date purchased. I emailed twice before finally getting a response saying they would be sending out an email in regards to the refund the following week. Its now April and still no refund. Steer clear of these two so called companies. They do not put the consumers first. We shouldnt be a week from May with no refund and/or communication!

      I purchased tickets to a Monster Truckz show on 1/26/24 for $25.28. The show was advertised as being held on 4/13/24 at 2:00 pm. The company was taken over by Monster X Tour. Any tickets sold after 1/23/24 is the responsibility of Monster X. The show was canceled. There is no current date for a rescheduled event. I reached out via ******** to Monster X and whoever handles replies on that account was unhelpful and said they would not refund me because at some point they would have a show in the future. This is unacceptable. It has been 60+ days since I purchased the tickets and Im unable to file a chargeback. I want a refund.

      "I bought tickets for the Monster x Hawaii tour in 2020 but the event was postponed due to COVID. It has now been almost four years since the postponement and I am unable to get in touch with Monster X. Ticketmaster has also been unhelpful. I have since moved out of the state and will not be able to attend the rescheduled event. I have sent several emails, ranging from inquiries about updates and refunds to informing them of my change of location. I understand that the pandemic has affected businesses but I believe that they should make the refund process as easy as the ticket purchase process."

      Just an update. I've had no updates. I'm going to check in with ticket master and try to call monster x. I'm not sure what my options are at this point. I've been trying for years and it's super unfair that this company is able to get away with this. I know I'm not the only one having this issue which is unfortunate.

      The event kept getting postponed due to Covid and venue issues and now 3 years later my tickets disappeared from my account due to old date and Ive been trying to get refund since then. Ive reached our to ticket master, ****************** monster c and have heard nothing back.Allianz told me that after 770 days the policy expired but I didnt file a claim because *** hoped that it would get scheduled and wed actually have the event.Now I just need a refund and no one is responding, this is fraud. They should have refunded everyone instead of stringing us along.
