    We are thrilled with the job the Patio Cover People did for us. The workmanship is perfect, the site was completely cleaned up at the end of each day, and the installers were incredibly polite, skilled and knowledgeable. On-site adjustments to the plan were handled with ease and no change in cost. The finished product is better than we even imagined. Highly recommended - we will be using them again.

    100% satisfied and pleased with what Patio Cover People did! Beginning with the initial contact, four design revisions and scheduling, PCP were helpful, courteous and professional. Communication was exceptional. The installation team was amazing! They were on-time and craftsmen in what they did. They finished the same (long) day and never let on how tired they were. The crew left my deck cleaner than before they started. My project presented a couple of design challenges due to the nature of my deck and the added frame for my adjoining sun shade. This company sent out one of the co-owners to work with me on a solution. The result was fantastic, incorporating both the patio cover and the sun shade frame into a cohesive and unified design. My ******** absolutely LOVE it. I highly recommend Patio Cover People!!! One of THE best contractors I have used.

    it was a pleasure it was working with Patio Cover People. Starting with ****, who showed up for our initial appointment on time and fully prepared with samples. He took measurements, created an estimate, and fully explained all of the options available. Later **** responded promptly whenever I texted or emailed him with questions. Because of ***** presentation, we decided to have Patio Cover People do the work. The follow up by mail, and later by phone to set up the construction date, were added pluses. On the construction date ****, ****, and *** arrived on time. While **** explained the process, the others wasted no time unloading the work trailer and setting up the job site. We were impressed with how quickly they dismantled the old pergola and the care they took in removing it. The new patio cover went up exactly the way **** had explained it would. **** graciously answered all of our questions during construction. After the work was completed, the team cleaned up the patio area better than it was when they arrived. Too many companies talk-the-talk of great customer service but fail in meeting it. ********************** exceeded all of our expectations of what great customer service should be. Your competitors dont stand a chance. Thank you for the experience. We absolutely love our new patio cover.

Our experience with this team was phenomenal, from the first time we met and went through all the options with a very clear explanation of materials and design, up to the final result of the patio. Installation was done professionally and within the timing, they initially proposed. The patio looks great! Definitely a recommended team to work with.

    We had a great experience with Patio Cover People. They gave us excellent suggestions for the size and type of cover we needed for our deck, and then installed it in less than a day. The deck cover works great to cut down the heat in the summer, and keeps us dry in the winter. We highly recommend them.
