      We purchased Adidas Ultraboost shoes. Within 30 days, the shoe was separating from the sole. We brought them back to ************** Goods and they replaced them with a new pair. The same thing happened again. We went back to *****. We were told it was past 90 days and would have to go to the manufacturer and make a warranty claim.I called Adidas and was told what I needed to do to submit a claim. I was told that we would receive an electronic voucher to replace the item. They shoes cost $180 and we were given $100 because I used Dicks cash to purchase the item. I now have $100 to purchase a $180 shoe. I am told the warranty details are online. I was never directed to look at the online warranty details at any point in time when I made contact with the company. We would have love to still have the original shoes. There was a defect in them and they were coming apart with barely any use. We were not given the full amount of money to replace them. We will not be buying Adidas shoes any more.

      Refund policy - If you pay for your online order partly using a credit card and partly a Gift Card, if you return any items, Adidas will apply every dollar of your return to the gift card first. So if you buy $1,000 in shoes and pay $800 using your credit card and $200 using a gift card, if you return $800 worth of shoes and keep $200, they will send you back a gift certificate for $200 and keep all the cash you paid on the credit card. This sounds illegal. They should consider the gift card as fully utilized by your purchase and return $200 credit on your credit card.

      I made an online purchase on 1/1/2025 for two pair of shoes ( one as a birthday gift to my sister and another one for myself). I received an email from adidas noting that the package was delivered on 1/7/25. I live in an apartment and we have Amazon Lockers. When we have a delivery we will receive an email from the locker noting that we have a package to pick up. I did not receive an email from the locker for this package. Therefore, I checked the mail rooms in both buildings and then with the apartment office. However, we could not locate the package. I then called Adidas and they opened a case. I called back two more times to follow up on the status (last call was today on 1/27/25). The agent said she didn't have an update, but that she will send me an update via email once available. Shortly after I received an email from her later in the day noting the following ''Thank you for your patience as we reviewed your case regarding order number. After coordinating with the courier, we have been informed that the claim was denied, as their investigation confirmed the package was delivered to the correct address. As a result, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund at this time". They did not provide a proof of delivery (photo, etc.). We don't know where ***** dropped of the package. And now Adidas expects me to pay for something that I never received. This has been a very frustrating encounter with Adidas. I have spent two weeks for a resolution, calling and following up diligently. And for them to come back and say that 'sorry, no refund', is indeed very frustrating. No one should have to spend their hard earn money on something that they never received. I would like a full refund I will never shop at Adidas again.

      I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on 8/15/24. Received 1 pair and Adidas told me they shipped all 5 pairs. After a few phone conversations, Adidas admitted they did not send the 4 other pair due to being out of stock and would refund me. Adidas issued a return ticket for the one pair I received and would refund me for the 5 pairs. A month goes by and nothing. Called Adidas on 10/4/24 and they stated they tried to issue a refund but my bank would not accept the refund (that;s a new one), and they would investigate, it could take up to 14 days. Called Adidas again on 10/25/24 and they stated that the investigation was not submitted on 10/4/24 and would resubmitt to investigate, could take up to 14 days. Called Adidas on 11/12/24, they stated it has not be 14 days since I called and to call back in 2 days. In my opinion, Adidas is committing fraud.

      I've tried purchasing a pair of sneakers 3 separate times in the span of 2 weeks, all of them canceled without any specific answer. Each cancellation notification email I received contained a $10 off promo code none of them worked.After the first 2 transactions and cancellations, I called their customer service to figure out what was going on. They tell me sometimes their inventory in their warehouses and the inventory online are not in sync and will be updated after our call. For my troubles, I was told I would receive a discount promo email. I never received a promo email.Within the 2 weeks, the online stock for this item kept appearing and disappearing. I figured if it was updated as in-stock as customer service *** said it would, I should attempt at the purchase for a third time. Ultimately, all 3 purchases were cancelled by Adidas for no specific reason.

      I ordered an Mbappe youth soccer jersey on September 1, 2024 that was on sale. The order said it was shipped but when I checked the ***** tracking number, only the label was created (Adidas did not have ***** pick up the jersey) and I never received the jersey. I was never refunded for my purchase.Effectively, Adidas.com is committing consumer fraud by charging customer credit cards and not delivering the purchased goods.

      I placed an order for Adidas sneakers on 7 September 2024. A few minutes after placing the order, I realized that I selected the wrong color and immediately cancelled the order. I received an email acknowledgement of that cancelled order. However, despite the cancellation the order was sent to me. I called Adidas and they sent me a ***** prepaid label to return the item. The cancelled Adidas sneakers were returned on 12 September 2024 and delivered on 13 September 2024 As of today: 7 October 2024, I have not received a credit. Numerous calls to Adidas have indicated to me that there must be a glitch in their system as they said that no charge was made, only a hold and once the order was canceled, the hold disappears. However, the charge still persists as of 7 October 2024. I called Adidas today and a customer service representative told me that I would have to dispute the charge in order to get a credit. There is a flaw in the coordination of their billing and shipping department systems.

      ***** delivered my package to a wrong address, and I flagged it to adidas and I never got any updates on it, they just asked me to wait. It has been a month, and I don't think it is gonna be resolved and they can't provide any alternate solution but just ask me to wait. This is ridiculous. The case reference number is ********
