I visited this dealership to look at a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE Premium that I found on ************** with an advertised price of 21,995. Upon driving to the dealership that was 50 minutes away from my house, I test drove the vehicle and decided that I would be interested in purchasing it. I learned very quickly that the list price this dealership advertises is lower than it actually is. EVERY pre-owned vehicle they sell is pre-fitted with Lojack, Paint protection, and other options which adds roughly $2,000 to the list price. On the Kenny Ross website, there is a disclosure that states this is the case but it is not very visible, it is hidden in the fine print. The huge problem is that these cascading listings to **************, ********, ******* or other used car brokerage websites, DOES NOT in any way disclose there the list price is not accurate. The salesperson at Kenny Ross advised these were preinstalled with no option to remove them. This very misleading and I fully believe that it is intentional to get people into the door, and then they reveal the actual price. I encourage anyone reviewing this case to find the exact same vehicle on the dealer website and any brokerage site. You will not find any disclosure on the brokerage site yet they will still drag you into the dealership with the guise of a lower price.

      - This happened on June 24th, 2022 in the afternoon. - No money was paid to the business. - An honest sales transaction was expected. - They did not try and resolve the problem. - No order number was involved since nothing was purchased. Kenny Ross Subaru dealership perpetrated a bait and switch sales tactic on my son and me - Two different people who are employed by the dealership had informed us they do not mark up prices on their cars above MSRP. One person made that claim over the phone and the other when we got there. However, when we got there the dealership refused to sell us the car we were interested in based on the MSRP Price without having us pay an extra $4,600 in dealer add-ons that were not yet installed on the car, which essentially is the same thing as marking up the MSRP price. We would have never wasted our time traveling nearly an hour had we known their true intentions. In other words, we were delibratley misled to believe we would be purchasing a car based on the MSRP price and not any additional costs. ***** *******

Basically what it boils down to is I told the salesmen I needed a truck that pulled 7800 pounds at least ! I didn’t care about looks or what not they told me the truck had a 3.5l engine and would and should be able to pull the trailer I needed it for. however after getting it home it has a 33 in it and it’s only rated for 7700 pounds and I cannot pull it and now they want to charge me extra to make it right for their mistake I just want a even trade for a car that does what they say it does . When I went in there he said. I quote “ man I’m sorry we gotta get you out of that truck”we are gonna make this right !!!!!! but then following Monday told us they can only give us 10 grand less for the truck we purchased a month prior. They sold us a truck letting us think it was something other then it is ? Admitted they were wrong but could not do more then have us take a loss on it which we just can’t do let alone give are credit a hit again for there mistake . Not to mention we Have purchased multiple cars here and hoped we could continue to have A dealer we trust . We have seeked legal help and they said w r have a clean cut case. but wanted to give Them one last chance to make things right to avoid the whole process maybe we just didn’t talk to the right person wile there . We just want what we were told we paid for . Thanks

The client needed a larger GVWR for towing purposes, however the unit he purchased at that time was not enough GVWR. After speaking with the customer to make things right, we traded this customer out of his current unit and got him a unit with the proper GVWR.

On April 13, 2022 I took my 2013 Nissan Rouge to Kenny Ross Ford for brake check and inspection.. I was informed that my car was in need of some major repairs. Both CV joints were torn, Roll restricted has play. And engine mount has play.. All need fixed for my car to pass inspection.. Now I have only purchased this vehicle from Kenny Ross in May of 2021. HOW is this possible.i did learn that they did not preform an inspection of their own on the vehicle before I purchased it because it was inspected by someone else before they traded the car in.. I thought the vehicles were supposed to be inspected and fully looked over before going on the lot.. whether it is a used car or not.. I was given a quote on my paperwork about how much it would cost.. but was told that most of it should be covered by the extended warranty I purchased.. it was also recommended that I talk to the GM of Kenny Ross and see if there was anything he could do about the fact the car was only purchased 11 moths ago.. I reached out to ******* the GM. He did not return my call.. the next day I received a call from the Service manager. He told me that my warranty should cover most of the repairs.. and he would keep in touch with me and let me know asap.. I did reach out to ******* just to kind over get an overview of the whole situation.. He was extremely Rude and very condescending.. he said he got my message and that I had called several times.. I called once the day before.. and he actually hung up on me at the end of our conversation.. So 2 weeks have passed.. I have not received a single phone call from Kenny Ross in regards to my vehicle.. I did reached out to them Twice asking for a return call to find out what is going on.. I do want answers because I need the repairs for inspection.. and I do not appreciate the fact that they claim great customer service and treat people this way.. All I want is my vehicle repaired..

The customer came into the service department in regards to her recent purchase. She stated that the CV joints were torn in the car. We followed up with the customer assuring her that this is not the way we do business and took care of the CV joints.

Got the car in October, had nothing but issues since. Brakes were bad, engine filter was dirty. Had it replaced by them, now I’m having transmission issues, and issues with stopping and the steering wheel shimmying. They refuse to do anything to fix the problem or change out the car, but expect me to pay 490 a month for a car that is full of mechanical issues.

I did my regular maintenance (tire rotation and oil change) in the afternoon on August 16th for my 2019 Ford Mustang with license ******* but on August 17th (after roughly 24 hours), I found there was a bump on my rear left tire. I strongly believe the service I had with Kenny Ross South did not examine my car carefully thus did not find this issue which was extremely dangerous for me to drive. I had to replace my tire in the end. I called the service center 3 times and they promised to send me photos taken for my car on the service date and asked the service guy to call me directly but I have not heard anything back ( no email, no photos, no phone call at all). I was charged with 11930 Ford reward points for the service.

Ms *****'s issue was addressed immediately after it occurred. We were able to refund her FordPass Rewards in the amount of $60.00, which was equivalent to 12,000 points. This was done on September 10,2021 and the customer was satisfied with the result.

In my opinion the Ford delership treated me like a piece of ***** In my humble opinion the Ford delearship treated my like some piece of white trash. They were cruel to me. The transmission place across the street brought my car to their miserable lot. Then they said two days later that my Ford looked like a piece of shit and get it out of their lot. They refused to fix the door on my Ford even though there was a recall and even after i offered to pay for it to get fixed. Then the B**** manager said get the car out today or they will have my car impounded by the police. I was in the hospital with my dad when they told me this and they were such heartless monsters in my opinion they would not give me another day. I had to come there late at night instead of weaiting a fer days until I was going that way. There lot was mostly empty, there was no reason for them to demand get it out of there lot that day. Never do business with them, in my opinion they are horrible people. f
