    Multiple failures of return pump ******* ** ,The pump has failed several times due to wiring issue resulting from a bad design of the product .The customer service by ***************************** and ****** are equally bad ,very similar to other complaints no willingness to help to sort out issues .

    I bought some modules to connect my lights to my phone so that I could control the lights. The guy who helped me named Tim said that I could get help setting them up if necessary. I kept getting a hold of a guy named Chris F*********** who refused to help me. He was fake nice but gave me no help doing this.

    This customer was not going to where the service rep was telling him to go.  Below is the notes from the call with Chris.

    “ Instead of going to ecosmartlive.com was going to the RF module on the parts store.  Just going to the full direct link, not getting the option to log in.
    Despite verifying a number of times, continues to go to the wrong website.  Offered to email him the link as he struggled to visit this website.
    Will ask for a picture of the error message, not sure he is going to the correct website or what error he may have. He does need ******, so that is good but sounds like some type of issue still occurs. 
    Might even be a wrong password.”

    The call ended and he called our accounting dept.  It was forwarded to the Service Manager.  He had a different rep call him and it was resolved that day.  The customer even responded a good rating on this followup call.  

    As for Chris being fake, he is the most genuinely nice person and I can see how it may come off as fake, but it's not.
