    On August 2, 2023, Target Carpet Care arrived to clean living, dining and hall carpeting for which I presented a coupon that stated pet stain removal was their specialty. Cleaners ignored coupon and measured rooms and gave estimated cost. They noted on receipt after carpeting was cleaned that some stains might not come out. None of the stains were removed. Cleaner would not let me get a word in and was somewhat argumentative. He offered to reclean area, I stated it appeared that all he used was hot water and when I stated the cleaning was shoddy he hung up. I believe two issues were in play: 1. Bait and switch; offer one product and switch to a more expensive option and 2. Provide and inferior service.

    Before we cleaned any carpeting, we let her know that some stains might be discoloring therefore they won't come out. We wrote this on the contract that she signed before any service was ever done. We were disappointed to hear that the stains came back, because she was satisfied after we finished. Right when we heard the stains were back, we offered to come back out and clean it again for no charge. We appreciate all of our customers and their feedback.
