This Complaint is NOT a request for verification or validation. This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me . Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission, and file a police report against you for harassment and invasion of privacy. YOU MUST CEASE AND DESIST ANY AND ALL COLLECTION EFFORTS AND IMMEDIATLEY REMOVE ANY DEROGATORY INFORMATION REPORTED TO THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES. If you transfer this account to any attorney without providing proof of contract, They will be immediately reported to the state bar association and professional liability fund for code of ethics violations #********

I received a letter from this business. I have tried contacting them via the phone number they included on the letter. I left two voice mails and never got a call back. Today I called the number and there was not even any hold music or the opportunity to leave a voicemail or speak to an agent. I cannot contact this business, and they are claiming to be a debt collector collecting a debt.

I received an account statement from The Receivable Management Services on Friday August 6th. The date of the account statement was July 28, 2021. The reference No. is ************. The Creditor is *** INC. The name is ******* ****** *******. The details are Benefit Arrears. I called twice on Aug 9th in reference to this statement inquiring as to what this was for. I was transfered to a voicemail. I called a 3rd time on the same day and was transfered to a live person. I explained to them that I needed to know what the charges were for and that I couldn't pay for something without knowing more information. Said person took down my email address and said they would contact me regarding proof of charges. I have, as of Aug. 10th, received no proof of charges nor was I contacted by the *** INC at any time prior to this, regarding payment. Also I was not contacted by Receivable Management Services prior to this account statement.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by ************ Insurance  in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I also expect that whomever was hired to further solicit payment will also be contacted to have them remove any negative credit reports.

At the same, I'm not sure who unwillingly paid for the prior two months, but that too should be re-imbursed. It seems to me, that an inquiry was made but a policy should never have been set forth. The vehicle remained undriveable from the time of its recovery July 2016.

We also expected better from you.  Had there been any corspindence made, we would've have been blindsided nor needed 3months to clear it up.

      Regards,

      ********* **********

I received a call from ********** this morning at 10:15 am. The person on the other end said he was from Receivable Management Services. I hung up. I did a ****** search and read that this is a company that tries to collect old debt. I have not received a debt validation letter from this company. All of my debt was recently discharged in bankruptcy. They would need to mail a debt validation letter for me to forward to the law firm that handled my bankruptcy before we move forward because I don't think they can legally try to collect from me.
