      DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CREDIT UNION UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUD TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CREDIT UNION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I REALLY WISH MY CREDIT UNION WOULD NOT HAVE MERGED WITH THIS INCOMBENTENT ARROGANT UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY CONSUMERS BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM FIRST COMMONWEALTH FEDERAL CREDIT UNION !!!!!

      they are horrible. My wife was paying on our mortgage every month. Yes, she was paying the mortgage because it affected her too. They foreclosed on our house and we lost it. We had to get attorneys and no\ attorney would go to court against them. They also offered us a credit card. My wife came home and talked to me about it and we both agreed to cancel it. She cancelled it the next day. They have taken us to court to sue us for the interest on a closed credit card account. They try to do this every 7 years. We also had problems with them with our checking account there.

      Ok, This place has not gotten any better. I have been a member for, I believe almost 20 years. Since then, They have severely misplaced my mortgage payments, Yelled at me saying that I never made a principal payment. And many other issues. Finally, They promoted a great manager, and she has since left. It has gone down hill again. And not Just Fogelsville, the whole credit union. I have been a member of PSECU for 11 years and have had a Mortgage, a motorcycle loan, and many other accounts without any hiccups. I am switching all of my accounts to PSECU. Their reviews run circles around Firstcom, along with their Customer service. Today, when speaking with a customer service rep, and asking if he could help me to cancel all of my recurring payments to credit card, etc... (I am transferring to PSECU), he stated That there would be fees for helping me out..

      Banking here is a scam... I've been cheated several times until I started researching my home home escrow. Check your escrow on your mortgage.... THE NUMBERS NEVER ARE ACCURATE... THEY CHEAT ME AS MUCH AS THAN CAN.....

      My mom passed away and I tried to satisfy her auto loan through this bank in Kutztown. The customer service reps were rude and unsympathetic, so I dealt with the VP, Deb G****. She was sympathetic to my loss but it was either pay up or repo the car (even after she assured me she’d work with me). She told me to a death cert, short feet and 2 forms of ID to the branch and all would be well. I drove all the way to the Kutztown branch only for them NOT to copy the certs and only ask for my license and for car to be repoed and for Deb not to work with me. I am SO glad I don’t do my banking here!!! Horrible service during a difficult time!!
