      I placed an order online with this company. Order number #***** I received an email with "order ***** confirmed in the memo line. The email stated that it would be processed in 3 to 4 business days and that another email would be sent when the order had shipped. Having received no communication after three weeks, * decided to email. No response to the email. I called and the lady I spoke to put me on hold which eventually took me to a voicemail after several minutes. I called back and she addressed me by name immediately( caller ID) then apologized saying that what I ordered was out of stock. When I ordered, they were having a sale. The 100yd roll was $135 with free shipping. Great price. Now the website shows the same roll still in stock but for double the price. These people are running a scam. They charged my credit card so the sale went through.

      Nick of Time Textiles refunded my money after you sent the request. Thank you. Unfortunately, I do not think this will stop them from doing bad business.

      I ordered a 10 yard roll of fabric from this business. I received an order confirmation on February 13th but never received any other communication. I contacted the company to ask for an order update and the company rep said that they had tried to contact me (I had received no phone calls or emails). The rep said that the item I bought was listed as the wrong price and they wanted to confirm the quantity I wanted. I said I wanted the quantity I ordered which was a 10 yard roll listed for $7.94. After that I received no response. I emailed again and was told by the same rep that the order had been fulfilled even though I can go track it and see that it has not been fulfilled. I asked for confirmation of shipping and have once again received no response. It's now been almost 3 months since my order was placed.
